A Wordy Wednesday
Just as I thought life was sort of getting back to normal … it took a drastic turn!
On Monday night, some disgusting individual dropped off several young, adult cats and eight kittens in our alley. The cats scattered, but the kittens were in a tall plastic tub and could not crawl out. Those kittens are now in our garage in the enclosure I had for Audrey and Raleigh.

These adorable little munchkins are about four weeks old, and they seem to be in good health; though, they are covered in fleas. I have been reaching out to the local rescue agencies, but as yet I have not found anyone to take them. So, for now, they seem to be our responsibility.
We are feeding them kitten replacement formula by syringe until bottles arrive from Amazon. It is 10:30 p.m. Tuesday evening and everyone has had a bedtime feeding.
I will keep you all posted as this situation unfolds.
Thankfully Kitties Blue have no clue as to what is happening!
This rag-tag bunch of freeloaders will be joining the Wordless Wednesday blog hop hosted by Sandee at Comedy Plus. To do the same click on the WW badge below.

We’re glad that they are in good hands with you, sweet KittiesBlue, but so sorry for the kitties that they were dropped. It’s heartbreaking when they do that. Here come some Extra Pawkisses for your help, and for all of you too, sweet KittiesBlue🐾😽💞
It’s an all too common story, someone with no capacity to be responsible for their own choices dump their problems in someone else’s lap.
The adult cats are probably woefully unprepared for a feral life, but I don’t blame them for running. As for the babies, bless you for handling up on them for now.
They’re adorable. And so lucky that you were around. That is an incredibly heartless way to find homes for cats.

Oh my goodness! Oh my oh my! Thank you to the ends of the earth for taking care of these babies right now. That is a heck of a job…but I am not surprised you took it on yourselves to help till other help can be found. XX
They are so cute. I’m not happy someone dumped them but at least someone like you was around to help them. Hopefully, they will all find good homes. I don’t worry about kittens so much. It’s the adults who were left behind that will face the greatest challenges.
Thank you for helping those little sweeties. They are lucky to have found you.
How sad that someone did that. I hope the adult cats can be trapped and helped if a rescue group ever gets back to you. How kind of you to help them. They are adorable. XO
The Cat Distribution System works in mysterious ways. Purrayers nd POTP to all of you as you help them along the way ~
Good grief, what is the matter with people! They are very lucky that you took them in and are caring for them.
Wish I lived closer. I’d love to help feed the babies
Thank the good Lord for people like you! I’m just glad the person dropped them and didn’t drown them. I’m sure you will find either a rescue agency or a good home for them…or your number has just grown!

Shame on whomever dropped them off. Shame. I know you will care for them and they are most lucky to have you. Cute as all get out. Bless you for taking them on.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to all the kitties, a smooch to Cooper Murphy and Sawyer and a big hug to mom. ♥
OMC thank COD you found them and are keeping them safe. How terrible that someone would do that.
The Florida Furkids with love and whisker kisses to Sawyer from Noelle
Charlee: “Awww, the poor little babies! Thank you for taking care of them!”
Oona: “They are only a little bit smaller than Oona and her brother were when a neighborhood cat left them on Oona’s Dada’s cousin’s porch! That cat was trying to help, so Oona has purrs for her and for you, but she has nothing but hisses for the human who abandoned those kittens in your alley.”
Oh, sweet babies!
First of all, BLESS YOU for helping the little babies….I still find it so desperately sad when someone dumps innocent little lives and cares so little. We hope someone can take them on and find happy homes – their little faces are precious!
Hugs, Pam and Teddy
Oh my, they are so totally cute, but alot to contend with! Rescuers here are finding large numbers of homeless kitties everywhere here, too.
