Caturday Art
Last week when I snapped my selfie, I took a second photo as well. Mom said my eyes looked really scary in it and that the photo was out of focus. Supposedly, she thinks those are the best type of photos with which to experiment. I am going to show you the original, the interim creation and the final “arty” photo, as I think the progression is interesting.
I am joining the Caturday Art blog hop hosted by the beautiful Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty. If you would like to do the same, click on her badge.
Sunday Selfies Reminder
Tomorrow is already the last Sunday of January 2020! That’s just crazy. There are actually still some Christmas decorations up in our house, and a few neighbors continue to turn on their outside lights every night.
What’s even more crazy is the fact that when Mom was at CVS yesterday, she noticed the candy aisle had Valentine’s candy on one side and Easter on the other. What’s that all about?
Excuse me for going off on a tangent.
I have no idea which of the Kitties Blue will be here tomorrow, but I sure hope all our usual participants will be here and some new ones as well.
Until then…
Purrs and paw-pats, Misty May (with a couple kisses for that special man-cat)
We never even HEARD of Pixis! We love those pix, especially the comic effect but the neon is cool too. Thanks for sharing!
We love the artwork and the original. Not scary at all!
Aww, we don’t think your eyes look scary. We love that artwork. Such fun to experiment!
Your eyes do look extra bright in your photo. The two artworks are interesting. They’re so different I’m not sure I have a favorite.
Yup, our stores have Valentines & Easter candy out. We’re still eating Halloween candy!
We think you’re beautiful in all of those sweetie!
Very pretty art this week, Misty May. But we think the original photo is just as beautiful.
OMG! Did somekitty or Human *punch* you?! Well, it does make for an interesting photo, I suppose. But honestly, those Humans! Can’t they just take flattering photos of us and leave it at that? I suppose it’s all very hard for them, simple creatures that they are. YOu always look glorious, Miss MM XOXOXO Spitty

Your eyes are beautiful but were kind of skeery in that photo! We love experiments with different effects.
Allie and Noelle are hoping to see their special guys tomorrow.
The Florida Furkids with smoochies and love to Mau from Allie and paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
Those came out great, especially the comic effect. XO
It is fun to experiment with photos.
The middle one is my favourite.
Misty Mae you have the prettiest eyes and we have that same scary effect sometimes. The end of you in blue make the endeavor worth it. Beautiful
Oooo, you look beautiful in blue Misty May!
I like the original photo and I don’t think you look scarry. Plus, your nose may be slightly out of focus but your eyes are pretty sharp and it is the eyes that matter.
WOWZERS…….we agree about the eyes! Mom calls my eyes when they have that look my “TERROREYES”…..! Anyway, love the photos – all of them…….it’s fun to mess around with our photos at least that’s what our Moms say.
Hugs, Teddy
Well, your Mom does have a point about your eyes looking a bit scary in the furrst photo (mol). But in the last photo, all that blue makes Us feel cold. So we like the interim photo best.
Those eyes! You know the eyes always make the picture!! And they sure did in your art!
How interesting that your eyes came out such different colors!
