As today is Columbus Day, I thought it would be good to find a meaningful quote from Christopher Columbus.

I have a daily challenge with distractions. It’s hard not to when one has eight cats. I know I’d like to get a handle on all my distractions, so I can do a better job at accomplishing the things I need to do, such as getting to your blogs and leaving comments. I will be spending a good portion of today visiting those who hopped with us yesterday.

Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend, Annie (McGuffy’s Reader). Annie has been taking a “break” from blogging, so there is no hop. Unfortunately, during this break, Annie has been the victim of a hacker. This has continued to keep her off-line and caused her much distress. Please continue to send prayers to Annie and her family as they work to get their lives back to normal.

Many of us believe in Annie’s vision: “If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!”

Awww Mondays

When it comes to awww-dorable, I think you have to admit, Sawyer fits the profile pretty well. He’s joining the blog hop at Comedy Plus. To join him, click on the badge below his photo.

Sawyer is of the cutest variety for sure!!

And distractions and obstacles are so frustrating aren’t they? And the more so in this busy world we live in. Makes my head spin sometimes…or I just forget some of the things I should have attended to…sigh…

What an adorable picture of Sawyer! Praying that his seizure-free days will continue. I definitely have a problem with distractions! Seems to coincide with my spending time on this computer (and phone)! Have a wonderful week!

Sawyer is adorable – no doubt about it – AND he’s very brave as well. For him, having seizures probably feels “normal” but for those of us who worry about him, it’s worrying and sad that he has to go through that. Same for his family – can’t be easy that’s for sure! Anyway, we look forward to the Periwinkle and Stinky adventures. Sounds like fun! Happy Monday……..

Hugs, Teddy (and Mom)
