I am a feline fanatic. My license plate reads “PRRFCT,” and my blog logo is tattooed on my right calf. I have lived with and cared for 24 cats over the past 40+ years. The Cat on My Head is a website dedicated to the mostly comical and often exasperating antics of eight cats and their sixteen angel predecessors.

Did you find it? DID YOU FIND IT? Please let us all know, ASAP.
Purrs,
Nissy
Check our Monday post to find out.
I hope you found it
*MOL* *MOL* *MOL*
*slaps paw to forehead* why, oh why do the peeps insist on whacking off our tails in their stoopid photos!…sheeesh!….*reaching into magic tunnel and pulling out lovely long tortie tail*…”Here ya go Astrid…it was right here all along”…*tosses it to Astrid*. paw pats, Savvy
Oh Savvy, Thank you so much. How did my tail get all the way to California and into your tunnel? Mom has promised us a tunnel, but we still don’t have one, and we have no other teleportation devices in our household. I really appreciate your finding it for me. Mom loves to see my tail waving in the air when I prance through the house, so was very sorry when it went missing. You are a good friend. Purrs, Astrid
That did make us laugh 🙂
MOL! We hope you found your Tortie tail!
Yikes! We sure hope it turns up soon, Astrid!
Astrid your tail is beautiful but you have the sweetest face!
Thank you very much. When our mom saw me on Petfinder, she was attracted by my cute little face and lips. She knew I had to come to live with her the moment she saw my photo.
Holy Cat! You lost your tail, Astrid??? We will help you look for it — we’re coming over right now!
Oh dear Astrid we will keep our eyes open for it!
Astrid, we hope your tail didn’t wander off too far….but if it did, you would have a funny tale to tell! 🙂
the critters in the cottage xo
Oh no! I hope you soon find it.
I hope you find your tail Astrid! It sure is a cute tail – I can see why someone else might take it.
Great one MOL
Oh no…if we find it, we’re gonna keep it! MOL! 😉
Wally, Ernie and Zoey, please don’t do that. One of the things I love about Astrid is how her tail waves in the air when she trots through the house. I would really miss that. I bet Wally didn’t come up with that idea ’cause that would be hooliganism.
Sure we will MOL ! Purrs
If you got nip, I can locate your tail. MOL!
We got nip…homegrown organic and store-bought stuff. Take your pick.
MOL!
MOL We will Astrid we will!
oh that is too funny!!
LOL…fun photo idea!
But that tail can tell a tale!

Bwaa!! Haa!! Haa!!
Kisses
Nellie
Oh wow! We didn’t know they could get lost! We gonna keep an eye on the tails around here. They not gonna get away from us 🙂
Hugs!
One of our rescues, many years ago, had lost his tail. Django was about 18 when he came to us, so no one knew how it happened. He was a Birman, and was adorable. Astrid is gorgeous, and thankfully her tail is where it belongs!
*wide eyed look* MOWZERS. Did it get founded yet? (and Faraday wants to know what the Reward is!)
Still missing! Greenies, of course, and some nip!
Oh, no – Astrid, how did you lose your tail?!? Sampson says that he thinks the tail hanging over the kitty perch looks a lot like yours. But if you can’t find it, he has offered his services to come help you! He also wanted me to tell you that you are looking very beautiful.
Astrid says, “Thank you,” for the nice complement. And she thinks a handsome Cat Scout like Sampson could be of great use to help her find her tail. Her Cat Scout brofur is too busy to bother to help her. She says that she would welcome Sampson’s company anytime.
Sampson is always happy to help! And he would definitely like another excuse to spend time with Astrid 🙂
Uhoh…….Astrid I see a spare tail up on a shelf that would quite nicely match your furs! GO FOR IT!!!
Hugs, Sammy
We agree a quick pull to see who it is attached to???? LOL. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Best wishes Molly
We say give it a tug like Spitty. Have a super Wednesday xxoxx
Mollie and Alfie
Astrid, are you sure that is YOUR tail? It looks an awful lot like Binga’s.
MOL! We keep seeing a tail sticking out from under the peep’s bed. It looks like the one that Georgia has but we are afraid to pull on it to find out if she lost it.
Ha ha ha! I say give it a little PULL and see if it is attached to anything. I bet you might be surprised! XOXOXO Did you see what my “Wordless Wednesday” post is today???
