Mom has several really important things to post about, but she said she was just too tired to think clearly enough. We really don’t understand the problem. Just because she 1) couldn’t sleep last night, 2) went outside for an hour at 5:30 a.m. to take some lunar eclipse photos for Cat Scout Mau, 3) took a 25-mile bike ride with dad in super strong winds and 4) got a flu shot that has her arm swollen up and ouchie, she thinks she should be given a pass.

We think she should get her priorities straight. She has been a total slacker lately as evidenced by our paucity of visiting and commenting on your blogs. But the soft-hearted Lisbeth has given her permission to continue in this slipshod manner by coming to her rescue with a frivolous Doozy of a Snoozy photo. We admit that we haven’t done one of those in a really long time, but we think Lisbeth is just kissing up and looking for some extra face time (probably in an attempt to impress her friend, Cat Scout Charles). With the look on her face in this photo, we don’t think she’s doing herself any favors, but who are we to judge? Any of the rest of us probably would have done the same thing given the opportunity.

So without further folderol, here is Lisbeth’s bent-earred, squinty-eyed Doozy of a Snoozy photo.
