I think I threw just about everything but the kitchen sink into today’s Caturday Art. I used PicMonkey as my creative tool. The color scheme I selected was inspired by the nip nanner in the lower left of the photo. This is not my best effort. I couldn’t get exactly what I had in my mind’s eye so finally abandoned the project as it looks now. So here is Lily Olivia in living color with a bunch of other stuff.

colorThe original photo is one of my favorites. It is, however, a bit out of focus, which is why I never used it.

We are joining Athena and Marie’s Caturday Art Blog Hop. This is one of my favorite blog hops as it gives me the opportunity to use my imagination and try new things. Sometimes I get a little carried away, as I did this week, but then I always have the following week to try again.

Cat4Tomorrow is Sunday, and you all know what that means: Sunday Selfies Blog Hop right here at The Cat on My Head. If you haven’t participated yet, give it a try and join Lisbeth tomorrow when she represents Kitties Blue. It is lots of fun, and the photos are always cute and amusing. As a bonus, you just might make some new friends!
