Kizmet continues to keep us amused with her krazy kitten antics. She’s going to share those on the blog hops at Comedy Plus (Feline Friday) and Create With Joy (Friendship Friday). You can play along by clicking on the appropriate badge(s).
Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #280
I am participating in the Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). This week I received a little help with the fill-ins from Sawyer. We both used teal italics to fill-in.
To participate, look for the sentences to be filled in on both blogs on Thursdays. To link up, click on the Fill-Ins badge.
1. I wish I could train Kizmet to go outside on a harness and leash. (We went out with the harness and leash a few times, but she refused to move. She has escaped from the catio a handful of times behind Misty May as she went out her electronic cat door. Kizmet gets frightened and runs around in circles. We had to remove Misty May’s electronic tag from her collar, so Kizmet can no longer sneak out.)
2. I am planning to begin shopping for Christmas gifts very soon.
3. Sawyer: I know it’s time to get treats when my internal clock tells me it is 11 a.m.
4. Sawyer: I felt brave when I was on my walkabout, but I am happy to be home.
Please join us tomorrow for some Caturday Art.
Kizmet is so cute and just looking at her we can see the mischief in her eyes. I would keep trying with the harness. Maybe just take her out and sit quietly for 10-15min. Do it every day and we bet, soon, she will start a little exploring as you sit. Great fill ins friends
Those were really good answers and you’re quite the character Kizmet!
You are cute as a button, Kiznet. We don’t have man cute buttons here so how about joining us, Kizmet?
Angel Lexi: Remember, Kismet and Sawyer, there’s no place like home.
Kizmet, I remember doing silly kitten stuff when I was your age. ~Ernie
Kizmet, you are a real cutie. Great Fill-ins. Raz totally agrees with #3. Noelle says she hopes Sawyer NEVER even thinks about another walkabout!!!
The Florida Furkids with love and whisker kisses to Sawyer from Noelle
Kizmet is a cutie. Keep trying the harness, maybe she will adjust. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Sawyer, you are brave, but definitely safer in the house. I have bought a few things for Christmas, but have a lot more to do. It is good to start early as shortages are expected. Have a nice weekend. XO
Adorable Kizmet! Looks like she is having fun! Good fill-in answers, we are happy you are home too, Sawyer!
You’re so cute, Kismet. Kittens are such fun and I know you are for your peeps.
Love the fill-ins and especially that Sawyer is happy to be home. We’re all happy about that.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Scritches all around and a hug to mom. ♥
Even tho a subscriber, just discovered “all” are going to spam folder!!! Sorry! This has got to be the cutest ‘n’ funniest photo … what a little goofyball she is. The “fat bear” event just ended, Kizmet looks like a winner here for the “fat cat” contest!
I love that first photo. Maybe you can try putting the harness on Kizmet and let her get used to it inside the house before attempting to bring her out.
Kizmet it looks like you’re trapped but I think you’re just being silly right? Right! We have to let loose sometimes don’t we. If you would get used to your harness and leash you could go outside with your Mom. It’s pretty nice to be able to be out walking around in the yard and you have a beautiful yard to walk around in. At least you have the catio so you can get nice outside air (and harass the squirrels!).
Oh, a walkabout…such a sweet description of The Adventures of Sawyer that certainly must have been interesting to a kitty but also OMG! Where am I? We are so, so glad he is home and that Kizmet is a character. What a lovely family to enjoy. Mama is missing ME a lot……life without kitties is life without kibble!
