Sunday Selfies: Week #631
Last October, Gibbs and Tali and their six littermates wrestled abandoned in our alley in a large blue tub with someone’s filthy nightgown. They appeared to be about a month old. Of course, I had no idea when they were actually born.
Our vet always sets a birthdate for our kitties based on an exam, their weight, and their teeth. I, however, did not know what date she selected. Yesterday, I received two “happy birthday” text messages—one for Tali and one for Gibbs.
We now have two birthdays to celebrate on the 19th and our two angels, MacKenzie and Astrid to remember on the 19th for getting their angel wings that day.
I don’t know what it is about the 19th day of the month, but it crops up a lot for us. Kizmet’s Gotcha Day and the date of Sawyer’s passing are both on December 19. Dad Tom and I were married on May 19. I guess if I ever decide to play the lottery, 19 should be one of my numbers.
So, after that incredibly long preamble, here are Gibbs and Tali. The baby photos are not the first we took of them, but they are two of the best.

Cooper Murphy has made them their very first birthday cake.

And we have some beverages to share. As thy are still youngsters, we are not serving alcohol today.

Hopping Time
We look forward to having you celebrating with us, and we hope you will hop along as well. But whether you hop or not, Gibbs, Tali, all the Kitties Blue and I thank you for visiting today.
Have an easy Sunday and ask for some extra treats. Y’all deserve them.

We have a crowd around early September. Dash and Peanut on 5th and 6th and Harvey (I think) not long after… Odd how it happens. Your two looks so sweet and Oh before `i forget, Thanks for the drinks, they are so refreshing!
We have that thing with 13! strange, eh?!
Happy Birthday to Tali and Gibbs!
