TOE BEANS & TRUE FRIENDS

Awww Mondays

White and black cat showing off pink toe beans.

This is what my lap looks like most evenings and just as often in the afternoons as well. I don’t always get to see those pink toe beans, however.

Gibbs will be joining the Awww Mondays blog hop at Comedy Plus. If you would like to do the same, click on the Awww badge.

Sparks

Today is National Best Friends Day. Consequently, I searched for a representative Spark. I found a plethora of wonderful ones. Along with sharing the one I selected, I must thank those of you who, through my many years of blogging, have become dear and cherished friends. You have made my life so much happier and better. I am truly blessed.

Here’s the Spark from Ezra Taft Benson.

Four women on a beach holding hands with the following quote from Ezra Taft Benson, "The fellowship of true friends who can hear you out, share your joys, help carry your burden, and correctly counsel you is priceless."

Ezra Taft Benson (1899 – 1994) was an American farmer, federal government official and religious leader. He served as the 15th United States Secretary of Agriculture during the both presidential terms of Dwight D. Eisenhower Benson also served as the 13th president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) from 1985 until his death in 1994.

Sparks is the creation of Annie from McGuffy’s Reader. It began as a blog hop, created by our friend. Annie stated when she began Sparks, “I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world.”

The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky

Tomorrow your two favorite tabbies will be adventuring again. Stinky has already made a plan, and I am certain it will be fun and memorable. You’ll be able to find them right here, and I know they will be looking for you. So, please plan to join them.

Our Angel Sawyer continues to live through these adventures as his alter-ego Stinky, and it would mean so much to Mom Sharon, Noelle and myself if you would continue to follow our two favorite, cartoon tabby cats.

Thanks for stopping in to see us today. We always appreciate your visits and support.
