Sunday Selfies: Week #530
So, I spent a good portion of Saturday in Mom’s lap in an attempt to nurse her back to health. She had an absolutely horrible day on Friday swinging back and forth between crying and cursing. I am happy to report that my practiced massage techniques and rumbling purrs helped quite a bit. One would think those things would be enough to brighten Mom’s mood. But that was not the case. She thought I should also take a selfie for today’s hop.
That seemed to me to be asking an awful lot, but I decided to acquiesce. It only took me 19 attempts to get a selfie I liked. I sure hope all of you like it as well.
As I am in charge of this post, it is going to be a short one. Mom is completely exhausted; and though I am writing this post, she is typing it for me.
We will be going live at our normal time of midnight, but I won’t be joining until Mom gets up on Sunday morning. Please do not have too much fun without me.

Well I totally understand…..I had to nurse my Mom after her hip replacement and it’s not easy taking care of someone is it! Your Mom will start getting better soon though I’m sure! We’re sending your Mom healing huggies!
