Sparks
I have nothing profound to add to this. It just appealed to me, as it reminded me we should never be afraid to try new things. And with being basically stuck in limbo, I cannot think of a better time.
Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend, Annie (McGuffy’s Reader). Annie is taking a “break” from blogging, so there is no hop. Many of us still continue to post a Spark on Monday, as we believe in Annie’s vision: “I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!
Awww Mondays
I’ve been growing a couple pots of catnip out of the reach of the Kitties Blue crew, so that it would actually have the opportunity to grow. Yesterday Dad Tom moved one of the pots onto the catio. This is what happened.
Mau almost destroyed the plant prior to me tearing a leaf off the plant for each cat.
Mau and Cooper Murphy are joining the Awww Mondays blog hop at Comedy Plus. To participate click on the badge below.
The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky
This fun-loving, tabby duo will return tomorrow with the next installment in their adventure series. It is Periwinkle’s week to post, so look for them over at Friends Furever. I know both Periwinkle and Stinky will be looking forward to seeing you there tomorrow.
I love that spark! And yes, we might have guessed the nip relocation might have gone like that. 🙂
That is a great spark! Mau and Cooper, don’t be hooligans. 🙂 XO
That must be some pawsome nip!
MOL! Of course that is what happened – MOL! I love that spark.
Our Dad is trying to germinate some Catnip. I told him to just break it out and let the germs go. Way to go Mau
A friend takes care of many cats; most are strays in her neighborhood.
Imagine, when her nextdoor neighbor planted catnip in her garden, then complained that my friend’s cats spent all day in HER yard!
Which is why I haven’t planted catnip; The PO’M would be very upset with nearby cats infringing upon his territory.
That’s not to say that I don’t want fresh catnip for my beasts; I’ll just have to grow some in a sealed and locked room…LOL!
Love the Spark and it’s so true.
You know how much I love seeing Cooper Murphy. A. Lot.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches to all the kitties and a hug to the mom. ♥
That’s a terrific Spark and some wonderful deck time too!
First of all we love the saying about trying new things – if we didn’t do that, we’d just go in circles forever! As for Mau trimming back the nip plant…..well….when nature calls, we listen! Obviously he knew that plant needed a little “work” !
Hugs, Teddy
That is cute to see Mau trying to snag all the nip for himself! MOL!
