Sparks
I’ve got depression and stress covered, so I hope happiness and calm are not too far away. My few local friends are mostly absent from my life now because of this damn virus, and I know I will be happy and thankful to be able to spend time with them once again. So, this is a good reminder for me to look to the future.
My friend in California, Jenn, who I introduced to you a few months back, sent me this recently. She always seems to know what I need to hear.
Sparks was the creation of Annie from McGuffy’s Reader. Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend. Annie stated when she began Spark,“I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world.”

Purrs and Prayers Please
Our friend, Rumpy, who resides with the Timmy Tomcat gang, has asthma. It is particularly bad right now, and he needs some POTP from all of us.
The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky
Tomorrow Stinky and his girlfriend, Periwinkle, will be off on another of their exciting adventures. You’ll be able to join them at Friends Furever. Please don’t disappoint them by missing out on the fun!
That’s a great spark. This virus is raising so many tough issues for all of us. We hope you are right, and that the future holds some happiness and peace. Your boys certainly are Awwdorable. XO
Coop….you are so handsome….I only have eyes for you…..whisker kiss
Mom has met depression eye to eye and doesn’t like the dude. He will pile tons of baggage on your back. There is no easy answer to say goodbye to this guy but each of us has to find our own turn off to this hanger on.
Tyebe
This virus crap has a lot of the residents where I work way more confused than normal for them and the less ‘demented’ ones are full of depression, such that one lady even told me she cries every night and asks God to ‘take her home’…it is awful to see this, but somehow we muddle on-wards. We use phone calls, Zoom, Skype and ‘window’ visits, as well as lately outdoor visits, but um…here in Michigan the weather soon will put a kabosh on those:(
I pray that sooner than later we may be back to some sense of normalcy…but none of us are holding our breath.
Myself, I am at least able to be with my co-workers, since I do have to be AT my work, so it feels somewhat normal for me. Hubby and sons; well they feel it a lot more than I do.
Hang in there! Its hard, but we want to stay well…there is light at the end of this LONG tunnel…even if now its still just a pin point, it is there…and we WILL reach it!
((( ♥ )))
Such cuties. Great spark- so true. XO
It’s tough times we’re living in now…the mom feels the stress of it all too. We’re all purring for the day that things are a bit more under control and our lives can get back to normal…but we don’t think it will ever be the normal it once was.
Thanks so very much for the support of our dear Rumpy Bump. Dad upped his steroids and that is working for now. We were happy to see Sawyer resting so nicely. Great saying and Dad needs it today as he just feels crappy
I was raised to be a nervous nelly, and I learned my lessons WELL!
Off to send purrs to Rumpy.
Awww on those handsome kitties. So precious.
Love the Spark. We all love Annie.
Prayers for Rumpy Bump.
I never miss Periwinkle and Stinky.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches to all the kitties and a hug to the mom. ♥
That’s a good Spark and such a sweet photo of those adorable boys!
Mom misses the days of getting together with friends. She’s pretty sure she’s got the depression and stress parts covered too especially since our sweet Allie became an Angel.
The boys are super awwwdorable together!
The Florida Furkids with paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
Such a cute photo of your fellas! Yes, it’s a part of life that there be opposition in all things. Hang in there because “this too shall pass!”
It is tough “going it alone” these days – we’re fortunate to have wonderful neighbors right next door….we can chat across the yards and have “distance from each other” cookouts. We’ve been OK on our own but nothing beats seeing friends and having fun. We hope it’s not long before the FUN factor can return for all of us……….meanwhile – we send you lots of virtual hugs which is the BEST we can do right now!
Love, Pam and Teddy too
