Thankful Thursday
I am thankful for the Kitties Blue; though, they often can get up to a lot of mischief. Here are the largest and smallest enjoying the beds Dad Tom got for them. Amazingly they are in the appropriate sizes for their proportions.

Kitties Blue and I are thankful for those who visit and comment on our posts. We are especially thankful to those of you who participate in our Sunday Selfies blog hop.
Cooper Murphy and Tali will be heading over to Brians Home for the Thankful Thursday blog hop. To join them there, click on the Thankful badge.
Thoroughly Poetic Thursday
On Thursdays, I also try to write some poetry based on an inspiration photo provided by our friends from Two Spoiled Cats, Teddy and Angel Sammy.
Here’s the photo for this week.

I only managed a haiku to accompany today’s adorable photo, but then it was all I needed to convey what came to me when I saw the photo.
I asked for a hug
Not this surprise stranglehold
I have peed myself

Angel Sammy is the official poet at Two Spoiled Cats. Each Thursday, he transmits his poem from the Rainbow Bridge to brother Teddy. Angel Sammy is a first-rate poet, and I know you will want to read his poem for this week. You can find it by clicking on the poetry badge. While visiting, check out the inspiration photo for next week and join us in writing some poetry.
Thank you so much for visiting today. Kitties Blue and I appreciate it.

Love your poem
Oona: “Not only are the baskets appropriately sized but they provide a certain amount of camouflage, especially for Tali. Oona approves!”
Cooper Murphy and Tali certainly do look happy.
Your poem made me laugh!
That’s a terrific photo Cooper Murphy and Tali, looking great! Fun haiku too! Thanks for joining Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
You made me smile and laugh with your haiku! The only one left here who lies in a bed is Xena, in her small bed. Unless, of course, her bed is on OUR bed, then sometimes Chia usurps it.
My comment didn’t make it at all. I tried 2 times. Tell the sweeties I was here.
Great photo and cute poem. Xo
I was already thinking of Sunday…Is it alright to publish a picture of Katie now?
She came home this afternoon. She is ion the bedroom with Admiral.
Hahaha…excellent poem!
Henry will not use any of the cat beddies that we’ve set out for him, and Da Boyz would rather squish themselves together into a one-cat-sized bed, although I’ve several that are extra big for those two loveable lugs.
Sweet photo. Mom almost spit out her coffee laughing at your fun poem! Noelle sends forever love to Angel Sawyer.
Cute picture. Chris was our largest cat, and he would sometimes lie in the smallest bed.
HAHAHA! What a fabulous poem for that crazy meercat photo!! We also love those wonderful baskets The Dad found for the cats……they knew which one was for them didn’t they. I think we’d need to sew two of them together to hold “Mr. Big” (Teddy).
Hugs and thanks for joining in the poetry!
Love, Teddy (and Mom Pam)
