Sparks/Awww Mondays

Cooper Murphy is all nipped out in this photo.
Dad Tom got some catnip plants on Caturday and gave the kittens some sprigs on Sunday. Cooper Murphy and Raleigh quickly took over the nip, and this was the result. Audrey waits in the background for a turn with the nip that would never come to pass.
The Spark is a rather simple one, but appropriate I think. The author, Karl Barth (1986-1968), was a Swiss Reformed theologian. Barth was featured on the cover of Time magazine on April 20, 1962. According to BibleHub, the “article highlighted Barth’s lifelong commitment to doctrinal clarity and moral courage. It covered his resistance to Nazi ideology in the 1930s, when he stood with the Confessing Church against state control of the gospel.” Additionally, “it touched on his monumental work, Church Dogmatics, which sought to set Christian teaching under the lordship of God’s self-disclosure.”
Sparks is the creation of Annie from McGuffy’s Reader. It began as a blog hop, created by our friend. Annie stated when she began Sparks, “I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world.”
Cooper Murphy and Audrey will be participating in the Awww Mondays blog hop hosted by Sandee at Comedy Plus. To join them there, click on the Awww Badge.
The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky
Tomorrow your two favorite tabbies, Periwinkle and Stinky, will be waiting for you to join them on their latest adventure. You’ll be able to find them at Friends Furever, as Periwinkle will be in charge of the itinerary. She always plans something fun, which means you do not want to miss the opportunity to join her and Stinky. I know they will be looking for you.
Our Angel Sawyer continues to live through these adventures as his alter-ego Stinky, and it would mean so much to Mom Sharon, Noelle and myself if you would continue to follow our two fun-loving, cartoon tabby cats.
Thanks for stopping in to see us today. We always appreciate your visits, comments and support.

Chaplin: “Cooper Murphy! Did you bogart all the nip?!”
We love that spark, and Cooper Murphy does indeed look blissed out. We’re sorry Audrey didn’t get a turn, though.
We just came over from visiting Friends Furever. We always enjoy the adventures of Periwinkle and Stinky. XO
Aww Audrey, we came and brought some nip from us, we have plenty too…MOL…Double Pawkisses for a Happy Day to all of you, sweet KittiesBlue🐾😽💞
C.M. you got high on catnip! Or is it more like a sleeping pill?
And very often gratitude sparks joy!
Some kitty definitely inhaled!
Great spark and adorable photo. XO
That’s a wonderful Spark and such a handsome dude!
Awww, my favorite of all your kitties. He’s so handsome. Nipped out or not.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches to all the kitties, a smooch to Cooper Murphy and a big hug to mom. ♥
nip on Cooper murphy!!
Fortune favors the bold, Audrey honey!
Mom picked some of our nip the other day and we loved it!!! Noelle sends forever love to Angel Sawyer.
Audrey needs to be first…so she won’t have to wait for a turn! Audrey, I am on YOUR side. We girls must stick together.
What a sweet photo of a nipped out Coop……Teddy is in love with his brush rather than catnip. In many ways he’s so different from any of the cats I’ve had before. Catnip doesn’t interest him – but he adores being brushed and gives me a hard time if after 15 minutes of brushing him especially his tummy – I stop. Anyway, we think Coop looks like he’s going to be “out of it” for a while!!! Happy Monday – and thanks for that wonderful SPARK.
Hugs, Pam and Teddy
Cooper Murphy looks blissed for sure, but I too wish Audrey could gotten a turn, too, lol!
Aww, poor Audrey…she’ll have to get her turn with a fresh bunch!
