Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #179
It’s Friday, which means it is time for weekly fill-ins. Hosted by Ellen (15 and Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs), this is a fun blog hop. It gives participants the opportunity to learn a bit more about each other. To participate, check out either Ellen or Lorianne’s blog on Thursday to find the sentences to be filled in. To join the blog hop, click on the badge at the left. The hop takes place at Four-Legged Furballs.
Kitties Blue left me to do all the fill-ins myself this week. I honestly can say, you won’t discover anything interesting about me from them. So if you want to skip them and go right to the Feline Friday photo, I am okay with it.
- Wind and crowds make
- I should get rid of thousands of greeting cards I have saved during the last 45 years, but I can’t because I am too sentimental and lots of them feature cats.
- My ideal home would include central A/C in the entire house.
- You would not find wall-to-wall carpet in my ideal home.
Lisbeth and Mau are entering the Feline Friday blog hop at Comedy Plus. To join them, click on the badge below.
If you have missed the beginning of our series, “The Adventures of Periwinkle and Stinky,” here are the links to the first two posts.
The next installment will pe posted on Tuesday (10/22) at Friends Furever.
How sweet of you Kitties Blue to let your mom fill in all the fill-ins! She sure did a purrfect job. I also have a huge stash of greeting cards I simply cannot part with. I pretty much keep every single card I ever receive. And I am with you on the carpet thing. I don’t have any actual carpet in my house, but instead only washable rugs. Cat puke and all shades of other accidents make carpet far too painstaking to maintain. And I just love how Lisbeth and Mau are sharing that sun puddle! Purrs to all of you!
FABulous sunpuddle!!! I loves all your fill-ins ~ we gots central AC, butts we only put it in 10yrs ago, and now I can’t imagine living without it since it’s getting hotter and more humid here! We still have carpet, butts would loves to get rid of it except for the bedrooms.
Very sweet photo. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I wish we had central a/c too, we have it on the first floor, but not the second.Have a nice weekend! I like your idea for the cats to have a safe place outdoors.XO
We love how Lizbeth and Mau are sharing that sunpuddle. The mom doesn’t like wind much either. And when we moved, she got rid of lots of the cards she’s been saving over the years…though she still kept some. 🙂
We enjoyed your answers and that was a lovely photo too!
No carpeting here and all central air.
Allie says she wishes that was HER but is glad to see Mau and Lisbeth sharing that sun puddle.

Beautiful tuxies, I agree with all your fill-ins!
Ugh, I hate carpeting…only hardwood floors for me!
Aw on the kitties. Kitties are just the coolest of babies to have. Wait they own us. It’s a good thing.
Love all your fill-ins and yes on the wall to wall carpet. We’re about to get rid of it downstairs and do some kind of easy to clean floor. Next year.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Big hug to your wonderful mom. ♥
Up until a few years ago, I didn’t pitch any cards either. I still struggle with what to keep and it bugs me that I can’t keep everything. But if I’m honest, I never look at them again when I keep them. At first, I thought the picture was of Misty May and Mau – and I was thinking how rare you’ve said it is for them to spend time together – but then realized the markings aren’t right.
ps – Still working on your posting issue on our blog.
Well I quite like our carpeting but I also know if Mom or Dad had any allergies they would get rid of it…..We have wood floors in parts of the downstairs and I admit they are more COMFY in summer when it’s hot hot hot. I love that photo of Lisbeth and Mau “enjoying” the little bit of carpet!
Bowie’s momma wants to get rid of da carpeting too.
We do have that wall to wall carpet, and I would love to get rid of it. At least we do havew central AC, Phew!
Lisbeth and Mau sure are enjoying that sunpuddle!
