Thankful Thursday
Thankfuls are hard to come by these days with Sawyer still missing. Dad Tom and I are thankful, however, for all those who continue to purr, pray and post about him.
Kizmet is thankful for those who voted for her in the Helen Woodward Superheroes Sidekicks Calendar Contest.
All of us are thankful for the love and support you give us everyday.
Thankful Thursday is a blog hop hosted by Brian. If you would like to participate, post on your blog for what you are thankful, then click on Brian’s badge to go to his block and enter your link.
Thoroughly Poetic Thursday
After a couple weeks off, I have written a poem for Angel Sammy and Teddy’s poetry challenge.
Here’s this week’s inspiration photo and my poem, which is actually about my Grandpa Herman and me.
Oops!
I had a pogo stick when I was six.
It was a Christmas gift from my grandpa.
He tried to show me how to use it
And ended up in the juniper bushes.

If you’d like to try writing some poetry, check out Two Spoiled Cats for next week’s inspiration photo. You can get there by clicking on the poetry badge. While visiting, check out Angel Sammy’s poem. He’s one of the best poets we know.
Thanks for visiting!
We’re still hoping, purring and praying for Sawyer to come home safely.
Is your poem true? Juniper bushes are not something you want to fall into!
I am still hoping and praying that Sawyer will be back with you soon.
I know we’re all still hoping for Sawyer to be found. Purrs.

We always have you all and dear Sawyer in our prayers and purrs. We never will give up hope.
I see Kismet is still in second place this morning and is 25 votes short of first place.
Love the poem and I never had a pogo stick. I’m sure that I didn’t want one. Never appealed to me.
Sawyer please come home. We all love and miss you.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches all around and a hug to mom. ♥
We share in your anxiety about Sawyer, make no mistake about that!
Hugs and purrs continue to flow to you all.
We’re all praying for dear Sawyer and so many are all over the world. We love you Sawyer, come home please. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
We continue to purr and pray for Sawyer’s safe return.
Fun poem. Do they still sell Pogo sticks?
The Florida Furkids
I have heard of dogs and cats being found and returned after extremely long periods. Keep hoping and praying , and we will too.
Our prayers and purrs continue for Sawyers return to his family. Angel Charles sends Ms Lisbeth his never ending love. Your poem was lovely.
We will hope Sawyer comes home every single minute until he does! What a FABULOUS poem for Angel Sammy’s poetry day – I think your grandpa was very brave to try and show you how to “operate” the pogo……I can remember landing in bushes several times myself which I preferred to landing on the hard sidewalk!
Hugs, Pam and Teddy too
That is a cute poem!! LOL!
We sure are pawyering very hard for you to have Sawyer back with you.
