Feline Friday
One would think with eight cats, either Dad Tom or I could manage to take a new photo of one of them. But, alas, that did not happen. So, I am sharing a photo from ten years ago, which was included in the March 4 post, “Wordless Wednesday: Mouse in the House.”

There are two other photos, which include the mouse, in that post. If you’d like to see those, click on the link above.
Calista Jo and Angel Fiona will be joining in the Feline Friday blog hop at messymimi’s meanderings. If you’d like to participate in the hop, click on the badge below.
Friendly Fill-Ins
The Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop is hosted each Friday by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). They publish the fill-in sentences on their blogs each Thursday. To join the hop, click on the badge at the left.
I was left to my own devices this week, as the fill-ins were not anything the Kitties Blue were able to complete. I used teal coloring for my fill-ins. Any explanations are in parentheses.
1. My favorite place to read is in the bedroom or on the front porch.
2. My favorite genre to read is kitty mysteries/suspense/biographies. (Actually, I’ll read pretty much anything.)
3. Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations is a book I could read over and over again.
4. The book, Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austen inspired me to read her complete works back to back.
Thank you for stopping in to see us today.
I’ll be sharing some Caturday Art and a jigsaw puzzle tomorrow. I also will post again the frames for the special Dr. Seuss Sunday Selfies hop. Kitties Blue and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

I’ll read lots of different things, too.
How in the world did a mouse get brave enough to come in your house? Mercy, he must have been suicidal. Thank you for linking up with Feline Friday!
What fun to find a real mouse. They look intrigued!
That is a good photo. I would be screeching too loud to take a photo if there was a mouse in the house. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Never read Pride and Prejudice, but I liked the film. 🙂 XO
Oh, that appears to be one of the prettier Field Mice. I never got as grossed out with them as I did with the standard gray ones.
I, Precious, would luv a mousie in the housie. But I git to chipmunk watch out
the winder. Lynn reads light cat mysteries with me on her lap.
Mousie isn’t too smart to get into a house with so many kitties.

Those mousers sure were having some fun! Good fill-in answers too!
Wow, a real mouse! 😎 Cool! The kitties look fascinated!
