Feline Friday
The top of the dining room cat tree has been Lisbeth’s go-to spot for as long as I can remember. Lately, however, she has been spending most of her time in the living room giving Raleigh the opportunity to use it. We caught him spying on us!

The Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop is hosted each Friday by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). They publish the fill-in sentences on their blogs each Thursday. To participate in the hop, click on the badge at the left. Despite having a seizure last night, Sawyer volunteered to fill in #4. We used teal italics to complete the sentences. 1. The easiest one on my Christmas shopping list to buy for is my friend, Tammy. (It is also easy to shop for my Cat Lady friends.)
2. The toughest one on my Christmas shopping list to buy for is Dad Tom.
3. I try to spread Christmas cheer by sending cards to our kitty friends and bloggers, making cookies for our neighbors and donating to animal rescues and shelters.
4. When it comes to sharing my treats, I’m a bit of a Scrooge. (Sawyer growls the entire time he is eating his treats in an attempt to keep the other cats away, especially Audrey.)

We started only getting gifts for the fur children in our lives because all we were doing was exchanging gift cards…sheesh! But its more important to focus on the real meaning of Christmas!

You go Raleigh, King of the Cat Tree! Gifts are at the bottom of my and my husband’s love languages, so we are really bad at buying gifts. We’ve finally gotten it down that the only ones we buy for are the dogs!

That is such a sweet photo of Raleigh. I like to send cards to all my friends and blogging friends too. This year I forgot to get my cards printed until it was too late (yesterday), so will be snding ordinary Christmas cards this year.
