Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #172
It’s Friday, so you know we are participating in the Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop hosted by Ellen from 15 And Meowing and Lorianne from Four-Legged Furballs. On Thursdays they each select two sentences to be completed by filling in the blanks. On Fridays, those of us who join in post our fill-ins on our blogs and then join the hop with the Furballs. To go there now, click on the badge in the upper left corner.
1. My favorite Peanuts character is Woodstock. (I also like Marcie and Peppermint Patty, so if any of the Kitties Blue ask, please tell them one of those characters. I’m not so sure they would be happy with me liking a birdie.)
2. I knew I was no longer a child when my mom died when I was 16.
3. I was shocked when I learned that I have a progressive, congenital, neuro-muscular disease.
4. Sawyer: I always feel frustrated when I try to chase my tail, as I don’t have one. (I had Sawyer fill this in for me, as I am frustrated by so many things, due to my #3 fill-in.)
Feline Friday
Another blog hop kitties Blue enjoy joining on Fridays is the one at Comedy Plus. Our host, Sandee, surely will enjoy our entry this week. It is her favorite of the Kitties Blue, Cooper Murphy. He was being goofy on the top of the bedroom cat tree (while watching himself in the mirror) when I snapped this photo.

That is a very cute photo fail, cooper Murphy.
I am sorry that your life is so smitten with things beyond your control. You put forth a sunny outlook to those who come to visit here, and we don’t hear any complaining. Illness that sap strength and energy as well as mobility are very frustrating indeed. I pray that you won’t have any fast progression. May God continue to strengthen you, both physically and in faith and well being.
Pipo chases his tail a lot, too…and he will roll on the floor like a little ball,MOL! At least he *has* a tail to chase!
That is a cute picture of Cooper Murphy!
Thank you for participating in the fill-ins. I always enjoy your answers. I am sorry you lost your mom so young and that you have such an awful disease. And I agree, the kitties would not want you liking a birdie 🙂 Have a nice weekend! XO
Nice answers, we know #3 is frustrating for you but you are one of the best humans ever. Cooper Murphy, you’re quite the hoot!
Cooper Murphy, were you doing yoga up there?? Sawyer, we didn’t realize you didn’t have a tail. Just makes you extra special!
Cooper Murphy looks surprised by something.
Wow, very meaningful fill-in answers. I never know what to do for fill-ins because I don’t want to be too “deep”, political, or show my unconventional sense of humor.
I didn’t know most of those things, have a great weekend!
Cooper Murphy, that is one kooky photo fail of you!
Have a great weekend!
I learned so many things about you today. I didn’t know about 2 and 3. You are such an upbeat kind of person. Big hug.
You know how much I love Sawyer and Cooper Murphy. They always make my day.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Another big hug to the mom. ♥
Mom here…I feel the pain in there regarding your mother. I lost mine at 6. A huge difference for a child in all ways.
Sawyer, I swear, I notice every time that I don’t have a tail, yet I try to chase it anyway. Every durn day. Are we related? bet we are! XXX
Wow, Janet. You’ve been through so much. And yet you are one of the best people I know. I’m so grateful for our friendship!
We are sad about #2 and #3 – had to be most traumatic indeed. Mom says you are amazing as you get along perfectly well in spite of #3 but we’re sure things are more difficult to do – you just hide it well! Anyway, we think Coop looks pretty cool on top of that tree checking himself out with his “flag foot raised”……..AND we wish you all a most happy and fun Friday.
Hugs, Teddy
