Mom had no intention of posting today so we have taken things into our own paws. With thirty-two of them, we think we can get the job done. We did, however, enlist Dad’s help to get the photos.
So, here’s a sampling of what has been happening in our backyard. Our normal high/low temperatures for this time of year are 60/39 degrees. Saturday’s high was 58 degrees. Sunday’s high was less than the average low. Though not the first time this month for that phenomenon, the previous cold temps were not accompanied by frigid, wet, yucky, white stuff. This is ridiculous. We live in Southwest Virginia for cat’s sake!
It continued to snow well after these photos were taken. And the forecast is for more to come. We can’t imagine who we’ve angered or what we may have done to deserve such punishment. But we are not amused!

We’re hoping to get some warmer days!
Ugh! We got the same snowstorm! We are in Maryland, and we have been lucky this winter, but now its time for spring.
OMC!! Thank Cod I live in San Francisco bay area…we had doors open all day…nice whiffies…maybe you need to hop in my Fast Leopard Teleport Tunnel and zip out here with me for a bit
I love the photos! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. My W.W. linky will be up soon and you can link this. Have a great week!
Oh dear that is cold!
Whoa! I live in NJ and we haven’t gotten that much snow. Hope the thaw comes soon cos baseball season begins next week.
Yuck! All that snow…Mother Nature is playing one nasty joke on us!!
That is just one big brrrrrrr humbug and made my whiskers shiver!
Oh, we have plenty of that too! Some places are cut off! We sure don’t know what’s going on???? xx
Well, that can’t be fun. We don’t know. We didn’t get any snow this year *sniffle* But all this means is that when Spring does finally find you, it will be Glorious! Sending you Spring purrs…
Yous can keep the snow! We is finally having spring (though it is a little chilly) and me is so furry happy the snow is gone.
Kisses
Nellie
HI! I love all the cats’ pictures (I live with three of them grafted on me), but these non-cat photos are great too! Vera
Our human likes this stuff, and she actually opens the window so we can get snow on our heads, but Mama Mimi complains because last year at this time they two of them were out in the garden! All in due time, our human says.
We are beyond lucky here in Michigan that this time we missed the snow that everyone else seems to be getting!
Trust that Spring will REALLY be here soon!

I can’t wait for this to be over and Spring to settle in!
Your photos are gorgeous – it was a pretty snow. But, we live in WI and haven’t had fresh snow now in 2 weeks. We’re sick of it too, but at least we live in a state where we are supposed to get it. Mother Nature needs to be fired.
We are NOT amused here in Warrenton at Mother Nature’s sense of humor…..four inches of snow here this morning……Not fair!
Pam and Sam
Clearly, Mother Nature did not get the memo! It’s almost April already. I hope you get Spring very soon!
It got “cold” here over the weekend too. Far from snow though. Just some wind and have to wear a jacket. I think Texas has stolen everyone’s spring! Beautiful photos though!
Beautiful photos, kitties. I’m glad you took matters into your own paws. 🙂
Free for Free !!!
O.K. ! Not funny…I purr for your Spring speed up real QUICK !
Take care
Brrrrr! We had some snow, but it didn’t pile up like that!
Yikes! It’s supposed to be Spring.
