Kitties Blue are pawticipating in Wags and Waves for Forrest Day. We have selected Mau, Lily Olivia and Calista Jo to represent us. They are waving as tail wagging would mean they were conflicted or upset, and we wouldn’t want to share that with you.
Our post today is part of the blogosphere’s salute/tribute to Angel Forrest from All Fur One and One Fur All. We are supporting Miss Bev (Fozziemum) and her furmily as they grieve for their dear woofie, Forrest, who recently went to the Rainbow Bridge.
Wags and Waves for Forrest Day was created by Sharon from Gentle Stitches. Sammy and Mom Pam created the beautiful badge. This is such a special gesture, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to join in to honor Forrest and support Bev.
Sammy’s Fifth Blogoversary
Today is also the blogoversary of our special friend, Sammy (onespoiledcat). We are sending our best wishes to him and Mom Pam on their meowvolous accomplishment. In lieu of a party, they are having a comment-a-thon. For every comment they receive on their Tuesday post Mom Pam will donate $1 in Forrest’s honor to the local shelter from which Sammy was adopted.

This past Friday our mom reviewed the heartwarming book, The True Tails of Baker and Taylor, by Jan Louch with Lisa Rogak. This story about two Scottish Fold library cats from Nevada is beautifully written, and the book includes several pages of photos. It is a book you won’t want to miss reading. Hi Guys. This is such a sweet picture. I appreciate you letting us know about this on Sunday. Since we didn’t know Forrest and because the lady was running late to work this morning, we didn’t post Annie’s waving picture. I think this is such a wonderful gesture and I’m a little sad that we didn’t participate nevertheless. I know his mom must be missing him terribly.
