Feline/Friendship Friday
Raleigh and Audrey had their final, three kitten vaccinations yesterday as well as claw trims. They were perfect patients to and from in the car and at the vet office. The ordeal did, however, wear them out.
We had a terrific surprise while at the vet office. Dr. Neel was helping out for the day. Though she’s retired, she comes in when needed. So, she was able to meet the new Kitties Blue, and we had a nice visit.
Raleigh goes back in three weeks for his neuter surgery. Audrey’s surgery has not yet been scheduled.
The kittens are joining the Feline Friday and Friendship Friday blog hops at Comedy Plus and Create With Joy respectively.
Friendly Fill-Ins
Three of Kitties Blue and I are joining the Friendly Fill-ins blog hop hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged- Furballs). To do the same, check out either of their blogs on Thursday for the sentences to be filled in. You can join the hop by clicking on their badge.
I was fortunate this week to have Cooper, Kizmet and Sawyer help me with the fill-ins. I couldn’t have completed them by myself. As always, we used teal italics for our fill-ins and any explanatory information is in parentheses.
1. Cooper Murphy: I’m usually mellow and laid back but sometimes I can be a little hissy and snippy at my furblings.
2. Kizmet: A new show (or book or food I like is Hills’s kitten kibble. (I wouldn’t touch it when I was a kitten.)
3. Sawyer: I would like to skip any future seizures and jump right to a normal life.
4. I haven’t been to California to visit friends and family since 2017.
We all hope to see you back here tomorrow for some Caturday Art, which will be a follow-up to our Wordless Wednesday post, “Where’s Kizmet?”
Of course you like the kitten kibble now, Kizmet…the new kittens in the household are eating it, BOL! And we hope the same skip and jump thing for you, Sawyer.
(Mom says really adorable pictures of the worn out Raleigh and Audrey.)

Those Vet visits sure are exhausting, rest up sweeties. Those were all good answers too!
Such cuties. Glad they are not going to join the PTU pooper’s club. 🙂 Thank you for participating in the fil-ins, great answers. I wish you could be seizure free too Sawyer. And I am sorry your mom hasn’t been to California in such a long time. XO
Glad the vet visit went well…though tiring.
Glad they were good patients ! A good nap is always helpful !
They are soooo cute!!! Nice that you got to see Dr Neel too.
We all agree with Sawyer’s fill-in answer.
The Florida Furkids with love and whisker kisses to Sawyer from Noelle
Aw, those two couldn’t be any cuter. They are happy in their new home and it shows.
Love your fill-ins and I’d love it if Sawyer never had a seizure again.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Scritches all around, a smooch to Cooper Murphy and Sawyer and a big hug to mom. ♥
THOSE are THE total sweetest pictures EVER!
Adorable little ones, good to have a vet visit go smoothly! Good fill-ins!
Poor little kids – first BIG vet visit and now they have to “recover” ! They are so adorable and I’m sure Dr. Neel enjoyed meeting them. Love your fill-ins and we hope you will be able to visit your California family soon – AND we would LOVE it if Sawyer could lead a seizure-free life – it remains in our prayers!
Hugs, Pam
