Today’s art features Calista Jo in the foreground and Cooper Murphy in the background. They were on the bed napping until I snapped their photo. It looks as if C.J. is resting her head on Cooper Murphy, but it is actually a stuffed animal.
I started in Picasa by making a pencil sketch and then adding some of the color back into it. I applied the ‘flowers” art effect using LunaPic and took the saturation level to 100%. The butterfly and swirly leaves are from piZap and the mat and frame from Picasa.
As we do with all our art, we are entering Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty’s Caturday Art blog hop. To enter some art of your own and/or find links to other creations, click on Athena’s badge.
Just a quick reminder that we will be back for our weekly blog hop tomorrow. Lisbeth has kindly agreed to be your host and has snapped a rather respectable photo this week. Participation has fallen off the last couple of weeks, and with this being Labor Day weekend, Kitties Blue an I suspect entries will continue to be low. So, if you don’t mind, please invite your anipal friends to join in the fun.
Dear Ms Calista Jo and Mr Cooper Murphy,
What a lovely piece of art! Your Mommy is most talented. And I love to read how she did it. Purrhaps we shall try those programs next week.
I will not get My selfie Sunday pictures up until Monday. But I promise that I will!
Wow, that is so pretty…and intriguing too. It’s actually hard to stop looking at it. I love how it came out! 🙂
Looks like there’s lots of love in that art.
That flower effect is astonishing! We learn so much from your wonderful artsy stuff. The only thing is, our human tries afterwards to experiment on US…!
You always have amazing art!
Is it for sale somewhere?
It should be…
Have a super weekend,

That came out great. You are so ambitious with your art to use so many different editing sites. XO
We absolutely LOVE this artwork, dear pals. Seriously, you should frame this one and hang it on your wall! 🙂
What a beautiful photo and we love all the effects you added to make it so special.
My sistur, Zoe, figured out that no one could leave purrs and meows on our latest post, because our spam-bot zapper was wurking overtime and said everyone was a bot. We couldn’t even get in. So we watched, and we crept, and we pounced, and we ate it. Anyone can purr to us now after checking a little box. 😻

That’s very pretty and quite fancy!
This is such a lovely piece of art! We think it’s like a mixture of summer and autumn, with the flowers and butterfly, but with warm autumn colors. And with stars like you two, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy, it’s purrfect!
That is so pretty. I love the intense colors while other parts of the image are muted.

We hope you will have your pictures hanging on the wall.
Oh, that is so beautiful! One to place on the wall! 🙂
This is really beautiful………..the colors are amazing together and it really is “frame-worthy”…….printed on canvas and put somewhere a BRIGHT SPOT is needed…..it’s just really beautiful.
See you for the Hop tomorrow!
I agree with the others. It is wall art for sure.
Wow, that is REALLY cool! You could totally make that into wall art.
To be framed, hung on the wall … just beautiful!
That is a wonderful rendering!
I think I see some slipperedfeet!
Are those two also resting on a pair of Human legs? MOL!
