TUXIE TUESDAY WITH MISTY MAY

Did you think I was going to play with this nip nanner? Uh, no way!

Misty May has been hissing and meyowling about the amount of attention Mauricio gets on the blog. As his sisfur, she thinks the focus should be a little more evenly divided between the two of them.

What Misty May does best!

However, in Mauricio’s defense, Misty May is boring! She rarely wants to play. If she is in the house, she’s upstairs sleeping on our bed. If she is outside, she is curled up sleeping under a bush or in a chair on the front porch.

The most we can expect from her in the way of excitement is chasing and terrorizing Lily or Astrid or sneaking into the basement if the door is open. The latter is most likely her main goal in life. She often spends hours there if she gets in when we are taking the tandem out. If she has not been seen for several hours, she can always be found locked in the basement.

But, I agree that she could use a little more exposure, and she is getting just that today so efurrybuddy can see what an exciting and vibrant cat she is…NOT!

P.S. Trying to prove me wrong, Misty May climbed the tree in the back yard today. She went up about 20 feet and started complaining that she was stuck. Of course, she wasn’t. And of course, I did not have a camera. So, without photographic proof, I still say, “She’s boring!”
