I wanted a Spark about togetherness. I couldn’t think of two better representatives than kittens, Raleigh and Audrey. You may think you’ve seen this photo before, but the previous photo actually had Audrey using Raleigh as a pillow. If you missed that one, you can find it on the post, “Vet Visit Aftermath.”
I was unfamiliar with the author of today’s Spark, Marielle Heller, but what she said is absolutely perfect, as it represents exactly how I feel, and I bet many of you feel the same. Heller is a a 43-year-old, American writer, director, and actress. She is best known for directing the films The Diary of a Teenage Girl (2015), Can You Ever Forgive Me? (2018), and A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood (2019), as well as acting in The Queen’s Gambit (2020).
Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend, Annie (McGuffy’s Reader). Annie is taking a “break” from blogging, so there is no hop. Many of us continue to post a Spark on Monday, as we believe in Annie’s vision: “I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!”
There is no denying that Raleigh and Audrey are aww-worthy, so they will be participating in the Awww Mondays blog hop hosted by Comedy Plus. You can do the same by clicking on the Awww badge.
The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky
Your two favorite, cartoon, tabby cats will be sharing their next adventure tomorrow at Friends Furever. Both of them agree that Tuesday is their favorite day of the week, as they get to share their adventure with each other and all of you. They really have lots of fun and often learn new things as well, so please join Periwinkle and Stinky tomorrow.
