Friday Fill-Ins Week #131
Friendly Fill-Ins is a weekly blog hop hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). We participate each week, as we think it is nice to get to know our fellow bloggers a bit better.
Each Thursday Ellen and Lorianne post four sentences to be completed. Then the participants post their filled-in sentences on Friday. The hop is at Four-Legged Furballs. Click on the badge at the left to go there.
I completed the Fill-Ins this week except for #1, which Kitties Blue completed. Our completions are in teal italics.
1. Kitties Blue: I We can’t wait to have nip and treats on Thanksgiving. (While Mom and Dad are having Thanksgiving with Dad Tom’s family, Chris will be spoiling us!)
2. I am thankful for having the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with family again this year.
3. When it comes to pie, pumpkin and pecan are best at Thanksgiving, but my very favorite is apricot.
4. A feast is not a feast without others to share it with you.
When Mau saw the theme of this week’s Fill-Ins, he asked if he could stop in today in his turkey costume. He’s really cute, so I could not turn him down. And after all, he really is a big “turkey” most days!
Mau also is joining the Feline Friday blog hop at Comedy Plus. Click on the badge below to join that hop.
Thank you, Kitties Blue and Mom Janet, for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I always love hearing about how Chris spoils you Kitties Blue. You all certainly deserve it! Pumpkin and pecan pies are my top two favorites for Thanksgiving and Christmas as well. I love apricots, but have never had apricot pie. I can imagine that it must taste delicious. Purrs!
MOL, that kitty/turkey pic is a classic. Happy Thanksgiving from The Tribe of Five to all of you!
Purrs & Head Bonks,
Tucker
Mau is a cute “turkey”. 🙂
I am glad that you will be able to spend Thanksgiving with family and that someone will be there to spoil the kitties while you’re gone.
Have a blessed day and a very Happy Thanksgiving. 🙂
Yes, he is a cute turkey. Glad he stopped by.
Apricot pie, interesting. I’ve never had that! I’m a fan of pumpkin pie!
I don’t like pumpkin, but I love apricots in a pie or as they come. Mau makes a cute turkey.
I am a big fan of pumpkin pie, but apricot sounds yummy, too. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
We hope your folks have a fantastic time with family. And just so you know, we never heard of apricot pie before. Where can we get one?
You make an adorable turkey Mau. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I have never heard of pricot pie, I bet it is good. Have a nice weekend! xo
Great fill-ins as always and I agree with #4. The most important part of any feast.
Mau is very handsome. Complete with that turkey leg. Very well done.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. My best to your peeps. ♥
Purrfect answers! Gobble away Mau!
Mauricio! You make a very handsome turkey indeed……now if you could get your siblings to dress up as side dishes you’ll have an entire Thanksgiving Feast of furballs!
Hugs, Teddy
Oh, my goodness … apricot pie. There are few things as glorious as an apricot pie!
