Thankful Thursday
I would love to announce that we are thankful for Sawyer’s return. Unfortunately he is still missing.
We are super thankful, however, for everyone who is purring, praying, posting and sending POTP. Though, Dad Tom and I are discouraged; your support fuels us to keep going.
We have received tons of advice and suggestions on how to bring Sawyer home, and we have employed many of those.
A camera will be installed in the backyard tomorrow to see if Sawyer is visiting unbeknownst to us.
I hate that we probably have used a tree’s worth of paper with posters and flyers for everyone living within a few blocks of us, as well as in the neighborhood where there was a possible sighting. But, we will continue to distribute these items. This has prompted many of our neighbors to help in looking for Sawyer.
I won’t list everything we are doing, but I will have a post about that in the future.
Astrid asked to share her thankful as well…nip! We can no longer allow Kitties Blue full access to their pots of catnip, as they lie on top of the nip and kill it. Dad Tom cut some for them on Tuesday. Astrid monopolized it and refused to share with Kizmet, smacking her on the nose whenever she approached. She did, however, share with Periwinkle, who remains with us, to help in the search for her Stinky (Sawyer).
Thankful Thursday is a blog hop hosted by Brian. To participate, post on your blog for what you are thankful and then click on his badge to hop over to his blog and link up.
Thank you again, dear friends.
We are sad that sawyer is still missing, but we are purring and praying every single day that he’ll come home soon. We wish we lived there, so we could help look for him. Please know that we are with you in spirit. XO
We’re not giving up on your precious little guy. He’s out there somewhere. Sending love.
I am so sorry about Sawyer. I was really hoping he would already be found and home. Sending more prayers for his safe return.
A post about all the suggestions you’ve had would help future lost kittehs. It breaks out hearts that Sawyer is still MIA, but we won’t give up hope or our prayers. Love, Dori, Herman, Rabbit, Ray, Kim and the Wonderpurr Gang
Oh deary me= I hope sawyer comes home soon- that is so sad.
Prayers daily for Sawyer’s safe return. He is nearby I just feel it. Hoping for good news soon.
We’re still sending load of purrs and prayers for Sawyer to come home. Hugs and love to you and the Kitties Blue.
I sure do share in your anxiety and worry. Hugs Cecilia
We continue to send positive thoughts and hope for Sawyer’s return.
I am still purring for Sawyer’s safe return. ~Ernie
Purrs and POTP going full force for Sawyers return.
We’re all still praying for a safe Sawyer return and wish we were closer, we’d be out looking too. We send tons of hugs and love your way. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
I am praying for a miracle. XO
Even of we don’t comment we have not forgotten to send purrayers and POTP that Sawyer will be found and OK.

Oh friends we are still sending all the power of purr and prayer we can generate. Dad wishes he could get around and he would be there walking the streets. As you say no news is better than bad news and our history is 2 lost cats 2 found. One Mr Buttons fell out the window and was in a tree until we heard his cries 2 days later. Then Ming who was gone almost 2 years and was living wild under an abandoned flat bed off a truck. What a pile of bones were under there when Dad moved it. Keep Positive!
Sorry no good news. We will continue to purr and pray that he comes back home. Installing a camera is a great idea. Also, a great idea would be to put a cage out with his favorite blanket and favorite treats in the cage to lure him in. Hompe he comes home soon.

Fresh catnip must be quite a treat!
For some reason, my eyes jumped right to the words ‘we are thankful for Sawyer’s return’ and I felt a moment of joy.
It took us a while to return a cat to his home and one of my low-tech posters did the trick. I pray you find him. We see all kinds of missing pets on our areas ‘next door app’, which breaks our hearts.
We are constantly purring and praying for that sweet boy’s return home. We love him and want him back where he belongs. We know you are doing absolutely everything possible to get him home.
The Florida Furkids and Mom Sharon
We forgot to mention, we love Periwinkle’s bow!
I check first thing in the morning, throughout the day and before I turn off my laptop in hope that Sawyer is home and safe. Prayers continue.
Have a fruitful Thankful Thursday. Scritches to all the kitties. ♥
Nothing would make us happier than if your Herculean efforts paid off and Sawyer was found. He’s had his adventure but must be thinking “there’s no place like home if I could just find it!”. Hopefully soon…..the sooner the better. Sending all of you hugs including those in your area helping to look for him…………..
Hugs, Pam and Teddy too
I’m continuing to purr constantly for Sawyer’s return.
Oh, I was so hoping this would be the end of searching…
But I will continue the fervent prayers on Sawyer’s behalf for his return.
Sending all of you lots of encouraging hugs.
Astrid, you are a nip hog, LOL!!
I don’t if anyone’s suggested this yet, but when you’re outside looking for him, don’t call for him. Talk in a normal conversational tone. He’s more likely to recognize your voice that way.
