We have a short post today. Mom kept coming up blank when it came to writing a poem for Thoroughly Poetic Thursday. That doesn’t happen often, but sometimes the words just don’t come.

Thankful Thursday

We do have a huge thankful, however, this week. Our humans had their first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine last Saturday. They have appointments on Dad’s birthday for their second vaccines. They are praying that each of you will remain healthy and be able to get your vaccines soon if you haven’t already.

We Kitties Blue are happy and thankful for good noms, fun toys, treaties, warm snuggles, lots of love and good care and for all our blogging friends and supporters.

We are joining the Thankful Thursday blog hop at Brian’s Home. If you’d like to participate, post on your blog for what you are thankful, then click on Brian’s badge to link up.

We cannot leave you without sharing a photo of one of us. Here is Astrid in her laundry basket with a stuffed panda.

Great news about those vaccines! Both of Ava’s grandmas have gotten their first ones, with the second this coming week. 🙂

Both of our peeps got their vaccines and are soon going to have the second one, Pawppy has health issues and age, petcretary has age and health issues too, and she works in long term care.

Astrid is so pretty in her basket!

Great news about getting vaccinated. We got an appointment for my 85 year old Grandma next Sunday for her first shot.

I’m glad you guys got your vaccines! It’ll probably be a while before my human gets hers – she doesn’t fall into any of the groups that get priority… although I think she should be, since I want to get back volunteering at the hospitals as a therapy cat!

Such wonderfully purrfect thankfuls and we’ve glad you got those shots. Our Mom and Dad can finally make an appointment to get theirs starting next week. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

We are glad you guys are getting your vaccines! Yeah! Won’t happen here in the Great White North until summer. Kizmet looks great in her basket with her Panda! And we gotta say, the weather here has been cloudy but warmer and the snow is melting! It feels a little like spring! Have a marvellously Happy Thankful |Thursday!

Congrats on the vaccines. Canada is way behind thanks to the distributors… company in Canada.

On a happier note, Astrid looks adorable and even cuddly in the basket with her panda.

That is a wonderful thankful and we sure hope they contact Dad soon. He just turned 68 and has no really medical, except the broken parts which dont count, so hopefully soon. Astrid you are such a pretty girl! Keep Safe Friends

I don’t do the poetry hop partially because I would have that problem every week. I think that is a great picture of Astrid. I hope you all stay healthy.

Nice to see you, Astrid. The mom got her first vaccine shot a week ago. I’m glad it’s her getting poked with the needle and not me. ~Ernie
