Thankful Thursday
I have a couple of thankful’s to share for today’s Thankful Thursday blog hop.
At the top of the list again this week is Sawyer’s lack of seizures. He is now at 37 days without a gran mal. We also are unaware of any recent focal seizures. It feels like a miracle. Again, we are all thankful for your prayers, POTP and support.
Though our weather has not been that great, I’m thankful I’ve managed to get out in the yard twice. I’ve been able to do some clean up from winter and begin to get some mulch spread. I also am thankful for the daffodils that are blooming. They are a nice bright spot in the yard.
I am joining the Thankful Thursday blog hop at Brian’s Home. If you would like to do the same, post on your blog for what you are thankful and then click on the badge below.
Thoroughly Poetic Thursday
With apologies to Angel Sammy and Teddy (Two Spoiled Cats), I do not have a poem today. Sometimes the part of my brain that composes poetry is out to lunch. That definitely was the case yesterday. If I can can corral it, I will include a poem with tomorrow’s post.
That’s the BEST news!!!

That’s great news about Sawyer. We hope his streak continues.
Wonderful thankfuls. The poetry part of my brain isn’t working this week either. 🙂 XO
Purrayers for Sawyer’s good streak to continue !
This really is an exceptional and special Thankful! We are so glad that with the right medicine, purrs, prayers and lots of love Sawyer seems to have turned the corner. Nurse Dad says that seizures are something that human children generally grow out of. We celebrate with you!
That is Great news,xx Speedy
Great news Sawyer!!! Paws and fingers are crossed!
That is one of the best thankfuls ever, I wonder what changed. Way to go Sawyer! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Such a wonderful thankful. Sawyer is always in my prayers. Keep up the good work.
Getting out in the yard is a good thing after this long winter. We need to do the same.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches all around and a smooch for Sawyer and Cooper Murphy. A big hug to mom. ♥
So thankful Sawyer has not had any seizures for over a month. Reading this made me say another prayer for him. I don’t know if you read “Tails Around the Ranch.” Monika’s rescued standard poodle started having bad seizures, and she has it under control with doses of a high grade CBD oil that she sells from a local source. If you want her contact info, just email me and I will be glad to give it to you.
We love hearing good news about Sawyer. We’ve got our paws crossed that things continue to go well for him.

So happy to hear the no-mal seizures trend continues….and we hope it STAYS that way. No worries about no poem – poetry should be written when you want to and never when you have to. Glad you have some signs of Spring there – we’re still BROWN here!
Hugs, Teddy and Mom
How wonderful to know that Sawyer feels so good, and no grand mals is the best!
We pawray all the time for his wellbeing!
That is great that Sawyer has gone so long without a grand mal seizure! Every day he is seizure free is so precious.
That’s pawsome news Sawyer!
