Sunday Selfies: Week #318
Our dad helped this nommy tidbit take a selfie. And then he left him right where he was in a field of sunflowers. Didn’t even think about bringing him home to us as a tasty treat. We are pretty darn disappointed about that, but we are happy Mr. Grasshopper took over as the host of Sunday Selfies this week.
Since we have the day off, we’re going to settle in for a nice easy Sunday. We suggest you do the same right after you add the link to your selfie.
Before we sign off, we want to thank all those who follow and support us. You rock!

What a cute grasshopper. Too bad your dad didn’t bring him home for you. BOL!
That’s such a great photo!
That’s the first grasshopper selfie I’ve ever seen. He and Dad did a great job.
Oh Kittens!!! Those things are everywhere around here. It’s like an invasion or something. MOL Great foto. Big hugs
Luv ya’

We’ve heard that grasshoppers make tasty treats. I’m still trying to catch all the lizards around here, though. They seem to run or drop right into Lucy’s mouth, and she swallows them without giving me any! XOX Xena
Wonderful guest selfie ! Purrs
Boy! Oh Boy! Those are FUN to chase…we think its cool that your Dad managed to catch one standing still!

Now that’s a fantastic selfie. We sure love the Grasshopper selfie.
What a pretty photo – sorry kitties – this one was just too content for your peeps to disturb.
That is a great shot.I would prefer to see one of you cuties though. Thanks for hosting. Have a wonderful day! XO
Mr Grasshopper took an epic selfie guys!!! Happy Sunday to mew all XOX
The mom found a grasshopper in the garage yesterday. Do you think she brought it in for us to play with? NO! She set it free outside. What a spoilsport!
That really is a very nice green selfie!
Woe be to any grasshopper who finds its way inside; Manny and CB would tear the house apart in their zeal to catch it!
Wow….he sure looks tasty! Too bad your Dad didn’t bring him home but he did a nice selfie and you got the week off so we guess it is okay.
The Florida Furkids with paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
That is an excellent photo that your dad helped to take.
You guys would have had a time catching him. Maybe not though. You outnumber him!
Well I must admit that looks like a nice snack but I’m afraid you all might have just had a little “disagreement” over who would get to enjoy said snack! Maybe it’s best to leave him where he is??? Happy Sunday !
Hugs, Teddy
This was really not very klind of your Dad to leave the grasshopper ! It’s such a nice toy when it hops around and it also tastes very good and is full of vitamines !!
Well isn’t he cute. He’ll be glad he stayed where he was as around here he’d be jumping mad at the sort of games I’d like to play, MOL

That is a very good photo of the grasshopper. They were Eric’s favourite snacks. In summer when there are a lot in the fields he would have the time of his life chasing and chomping on them.
Our hooligans would have made short order of that big crunchy grasshopper. Is that a locust?? Its so big!
We kind of took the day off too, with a flashback form our first entry into Sunday Selfies, 6 years ago. Wow, we, hooligan pups were not even on the earth then…Dalton did know MJF, but not Minko, and Benji did not meet either one…because *she* is working this weekend, we gave her a break…actually we loved having a break, MOL/BOL!
Well, we try to bring those in at home and Mum is NEVER happy 😉
My dear furiends, do you think we will ever understand humans and why they take photos of snacks instead of bring them home?!?
Thank you for allowing a tasty treat to host today’s selfies.
Purrseidon
I like that guest Selfie and would give him a good chase if he came to visit me. I would leave him for one of those Stinky Man Cats to eat. That Rumpy has no taste bud’s and his breath… anymeow enjoy your day off
Mmmmmm, he looks tasty!
Sorry about the odd picture on our link today! Our Sunday Selfie is a video and it would not come up as a choice so we had to improvise! It’s a MUCH YOUNGER moi, though, I swear 🙂
Just as well he left this creepy crawler on the sunflowers. As I get older I don’t like bugs….dang ole vermin!
Shoko
That’s a real nice selfie by that grasshopper! Sorry Dad Tom did not bring it home for you kitties to play with, though. 🙂
Thank you so much for hosting the Sunday Selfie Blog Hop! XO
