Sparks
Once again my Spark is something my friend in California recently sent me. Some how she always knows exactly what I need.
I know blogging can be a huge “zapper” of my energy, and I suspect it is the same for many of you. When I need to, I plan to take the advice of this Spark. I may not do all the things listed. For me, just being alone can be restorative. Of course, even if I shut out the rest of the world, I am never truly alone. Kitties Blue would never allow that. But I think you get the idea.
Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend, Annie (McGuffy’s Reader). Annie has been taking a “break” from blogging, so there is no hop. Unfortunately, during this break, Annie has been the victim of a hacker. This has continued to keep her off-line and caused her much distress. Please continue to send prayers to Annie and her family as they work to get their lives back to normal.
Many of us believe in Annie’s vision: “If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!”
Awww Mondays
Cooper Murphy is definitely taking the day off.
Even though Cooper Murphy is not showing his tum-tum, I think he is “awww”dorable in this photo. Just look at those toe beans. As Cooper Murphy is Sandee’s favorite of the Kitties Blue, I have a hard time not sharing him on her Awww Mondays blog hop.
(Turquoise is his color, don’t you think?)
If you’d like to join Cooper on the hop at Comedy Plus, click on the badge below.
Coop you do know how to be cute even when snoozing.
Cooper Murphy, you have no idea how much we want to join you!
Turquoise is definitely Cooper Murphy’s color. Being somewhat of an introvert, I am totally on board with saying no, taking a break, etc.
I had a bunch of errands to get done…but instead I stayed at home…and did other things…to beat the upcoming heat. So that I can relax on those days…the groceries can be done later…and so can the other stuff…ahhh!
Ever since the mom retired, she has taken every day off…just like us cats!
Our mom needs to pin this spark everywhere in the house. She definitely needs down time.
That’s a great spark, and very wise words. You’re so cute, Cooper Murphy ! Purrs
Excellent and very TRUE Spark.
The first thing we thought when we saw Cooper Murphy was that was most definitely his color!
The Florida Furkids with smoochies and love to Mau from Allie and paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
Terrific Spark and a wonderful Cooper Murphy!
Cooper Murphy is a cutie. I need alone time daily- cats are allowed to be with me though 🙂 XO
Yes Cooper Murphy is my favorite kitty here and Sawyer comes in second. It’s great to see Cooper Murphy anytime, but especially on Awww Mondays.
I agree that blogging can be time consuming at times. I have my weekends and am getting to the point of not blogging at all. It’s wonderful.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday, Cooper Murphy. My best to your wonderful mom. ♥

Yes, Cooper Murphy’s color IS turquoise!
I had a whole to-do list for yesterday, but instead, I staying in my jammies until after lunch, then just hung out with each and every kitty in the afternoon. No dust bunnies were moved, but I enjoying myself.
Mommy says she and I could blog a book’s worth every day but not many kitties want to read it. So we have done much less because of that.
Great spark! When I started only posting for the Friday Flashback I said I would only comment on those days and the days I join a blog hop. I still find myself trying to comment most days, so really should cut back.
Great SPARK and I have been buying into that philosophy myself lately – life is too short to be on a schedule……stopping to spend some alone/unplugged time is absolutely restorative. I do it more and more. I intend to keep up that trend in the future! Coop – you do have adorable toesies but then you know how we feel about gingers around this house!!! Happy Monday.
Hugs, Pam
