GAUCHO MAU & THE SEVEN CHILI PEPPERS

Feliz Cinco de Meow 2016

Before we start the party and begin drinking meowgaritas and cervezas, we thought you might want to know a little bit more about Cinco de Meow (Mayo).

Cinco de Mayo (the fifth of May) recognizes the Mexican army’s victory over France at the Battle of Puebla in 1862, during the Franco-Mexican War (1861-1867). Cinco de Mayo is a a minor holiday in Mexico, celebrated mostly in Puebla. However, in the United States, Cinco de Mayo has become a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage. This is particularly true in areas with large Mexican-American populations. Traditions celebrated on Cinco de Mayo include parades, mariachi music performances and street festivals in cities and towns in Mexico and the United States.

Kitties Blue cannot resist a good party so Gaucho Mau and the Seven Chili Peppers are here to entertain you.
