Caturday Art Star
If you look closely, you will see Lily Olivia in the background of my Caturday Art. I used three different programs to create this. Here’s the original photo.
I started with PhotoFaceFun, which I usually just use for frames. They do not have names for their filters, so I am unable to tell you which one I selected. The result is below.
I was very happy with the look of the photo and the details added by the filter, but it needed something more. It took me a lot of trial and error to find just the right addition. I finally settled on the star effect from Ribbit. This is just one of several new effects available. I was able to manipulate the effect so that Lily was still recognizable in the background. The final step was adding the borders using Picasa.

Inneresting art! Gonna have to check those new filters. I was so excited to win those joints. TW now has company. heh heh. I didn’t say that.
We went back and read the first half of the Jackson Galaxy interview and then caught up with the second. The Human hasn’t never even watched him (how crazy *is* she???) but I am going to MAKE her find out when and where his show is. I think he is a wonderful Human!
We also love your art post today–at first we couldn’t figure out if there was a kitty but now we see her! It looks like she is all bejeweled! I has my selfie all ready–in fact I posted it already because the Human is soooooooo furgetful! XOXOXOXO
Tell Misty May it’s (almost for sure) a date for the NYE ball–the stoopy Human always has a pawty here on NYE so we hope it might be a more early-in-the-day pawty? I wouldn’t want to be ungentlemanly and abandon her. Maybe Mau could let me know the timeline?? The Human usually has Peeps start arriving around 6 or so Pacific Time, so she says she’d have to get off the computer by then & pay attention to her guests–I don’t really see why, though.
