Feline/Friendship Fridays
Kizmet spotted a squirrel in the tree outside of the catio. It was chattering away about some perceived fault on the part of the cats or humans. If you cannot see said squirrel, it is the blob about a half inch down and to the right of the branch to the right of Kizmet’s outstretched paw.

Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #255
Time for those fill-ins hosted each week by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). Last week the Kitties Blue completed three of the four fill-ins and informed me they think they should be able to do them every week. Sometimes, however, the fill-ins do not lend themselves to completion by a cat. So Kitties Blue are warming the bench this week.
1. I wish I knew how to play Mahjong.
2. If offered a free trip to space, I would decline.
3. Dad Tom and I having had our COVID vaccines is the most exciting thing in my life right now.
4. I could give a long lecture on the topic of how to be a volleyball scorekeeper.
Friendly Fill-Ins is a blog hop. You can find the sentences to be filled in on both Ellen and Lorianne’s blogs on Thursdays. And you can join the hop by clicking on the badge below.
We’ll be back tomorrow with some Caturday Art.
It was a wonder time while going through your article and I’ve got what I was looking for. Best Wishes and have a good day ahead.

Volleyball, huh? So do you play as well as keep score. I played a lot when I was a teen. And playing Mahjong on an app is not hard. Some apps are harder than others, though. Just match the tiles (2) and they disappear, LOL. Have a great weekend.
Hi it’s Scout Mango! I have a secret Kismet! My undercoat on my belly is very long and beige! My tail is very black with some beige! I have been told I have S-q-u-I-r-r-e-l tail yes, a squirrel tail! Plus since I jump a lot my tail bounces up and down like a squirrels tail! However, I am a cat! So that is my secret! My tail looks like the black squirrels tail in Colorado! Way out in Peyton there is Upper Black Squirrels so many things are labeled Upper Black Swuirrel Creek Horse Ranch where Mom rode horses! And there wasUpper Black Squirrel Water Basin where our water came from as we all had water wells in this basin! We lived in Falcon Colorado!
I bet Kizmet wishes she could get out there and get that squirrel! ~Ernie
Kizmet is having fun watching the squirrel. They are such a tease! Flynn would chase them right to the top of the trees, but then they would cheat by taking a flying leap into another tree.
We sure liked seeing Kizmet waving, heh heh, to the skwerl. Glad you got both vax!
Sweet Kizmet sure is having fun! Those were good answers, no space going for us either!
What a terrific shot of Kismet and the squirrel! She looks like she would LOVE to pet him (with her claws of course). And we LOVE your Fill-in Answers! Volley Ball scoring…who knew! We hope you and family have a marvellously happy day!
Squirrels are such pesky critters, though we do like to watch their silly antics, esp the acrobstics!
Awww..it looks like Kizmet is waving to the squirrels. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am glad you both have your vaccines. Mahjong would be fun to play. Have a nice weekend. XO
Those squirrels can be very cheeky and tease us a LOT.
Great Fill-in answers. We don’t mind watching rocket launches but will keep our paws on the ground!!

Squirrels are evil. I know that because our Angel Little Bit chased them all the time. Never caught one, but didn’t like them one bit.
Love your fill-ins. You’re right that sometimes kitties don’t get the right fill-ins for them to do. Looks like most of us don’t want to go to outer space.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Scritches all around and a hug to mom. ♥
Squirrels – we’ve got zillions of them and they tease me endlessly. I still give them a chase when I can but Mom usually stops me in mid-chase so I don’t get too carried away!
Hugs, Teddy
We have a couple of crazy squirrels at our house too! They always catch my attention.
