SPARKS: SURROUND YOURSELF WITH GOOD PEOPLE

Sparks

My frustration continues to build as my site seems more broken with each new day. I do know that Wednesday’s Veterans Day post continues to appear if you access the blog without subscribing. Until I can get this fixed, I suggest you subscribe if you don’t already. The subscription box is near the bottom of the sidebar.

I colored today’s Spark using the Happy Color app. When I saw it, I knew I would eventually use it for a Sparks post. Today seemed like the right time for it, as right now I need to work hard and stay focused to get this mess straightened out. And thankfully I have some very good friends that help bolster me up when I get down.

As I’ve been reminding you for months, Sparks is the creation of Annie from McGuffy’s Reader. Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend. Annie stated when she began Sparks,“I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world.”

Petlibro Giveaway

I used Random.org’s sequence generator to determine the winner of the giveaway for a Petlibro Automatic Pet Water Fountain. The number selected was 10. The tenth commenter was Crystal and her cat, Daisy Mae. Kitties Blue and I extend our congratulations to Crystal and Daisy Mae and our thanks to all who commented on our review post. Crystal, I will send an e-mail to you later today to get your mailing information.

The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky

Tomorrow Stinky and his girlfriend, Periwinkle, will be off on another of their exciting adventures. You’ll be able to join them right here. Please don’t disappoint them by missing out on the fun!

Awww Mondays

My entourage bums, (Sawyer, Cooper Murphy and Calista Jo) snooze while I work! Like all kitties, they do their best work in their sleep.

That is a great Spark and what a pain this site problems must be. I am thinking you have already contacted wordpress and do hope it ends up being a simple fix.

Since I live miles, (and even a border), from my family and a lot of good friends, I know the feeling of being ‘isolated’ a bit too much at time, the more so now…can’t even travel to see anyone. UGH.
So surrounding myself with the good friends and church peeps here, is a wonderful thing. I try to make friends with the peeps I encounter often. You never know when and how you might help each other. And friendly smiles and small talk at cashier lineups, etc, is another way to make those you meet, known or unknown, feel good, even if only for a moment.

Sorry your blog is giving you so much trouble. That is so frustrating. I hope you can find the key to making it work better for you:)

Technical issues are so frustrating. I hope you find a solution soon, so you can get back to enjoying blogging instead of pulling your hair out. If it’s any consolation, we’ve all been there. I love the spark, and the snoozers are darling.

Sweet photo. We’re sorry you’re still having problems. We subscribed so we can get the daily links. Periwinkle can’t wait for tomorrow!

I so enjoyed seeing your family up on the bed with you. I’d have to stop and smooch everyone and pet them…and do it again.
How horribly frustrating to have these problems going on with your blog. Thank goodness I can see it every day as you intended it to be.

Love the SPARK poster – and I believe that’s TOTALLY how we get through good times AND bad times. I am lucky to have some super good friends that brighten my days. Love the photo of the gang keeping you company while you work on the computer. Sure hope you and your host can figure out what’s up with the blog issue. Lots of your Facebook fans worried when they couldn’t see new posts!!!

Hugs, Pam and Teddy too
