Sparks/Awww Mondays
Today’s Spark is from Buddha and is being brought to you by Sawyer. Sorry he could not stay awake for it. Once he finishes presenting the Spark, he will be joining the Awww Mondays blog hop at Comedy Plus. To join him click on the badge.
I selected today’s Spark as a reminder to follow CDC guidelines in order to remain virus free during the current pandemic. And I selected Sawyer to present it, as he knows how important it is to follow his treatment plan. He’s been great about eating all his noms, which is where we put his meds. Even so, our little guy had a seizure Sunday afternoon. But there is good news. Thirteen days had passed since his last one.
Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend, Annie (McGuffy’s Reader). Annie is taking a “break” from blogging, so there is no hop. Many of us still continue to post a Spark on Monday, as we believe in Annie’s vision: “I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!”
The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky
Tomorrow, our favorite tabbies, Periwinkle & Stinky, will be off on another adventure. We will be posting the adventure tomorrow, and they have their paws crossed you will join them.
It almost seems cruel that a person has a bright mind but poor physical health and vice versa. My Mom’s brothers and sisters all struggle with severe health issues – but with a strong mind (her oldest brother is a PhD and still consults on physics issues for the Navy). My Mom’s physical health was excellent – as her mind weakened. I guess that’s just life – as unfair as it seems.
That was a wonderful Spark and hooray Sawyer, keep it up pal.
What an important Spark to remember. Purrs to Sawyer…
Purrayers and POTP to all of you – especially to Sawyer.
Awww, Sawyer is such a handsome mancat. I love you Sawyer.
Love the Spark art. So very true.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. My best to your siblings and a big hug to your mom. ♥
Great spark and art. I am glad it has been 13 days seizure free- hope it continues. XO
Watching a sleeping cat is such a balm to the human soul!
So sorry little buddy that you had another seizure but GOOD FOR YOU stretching out the distance between them…..13 days is better and if you keep getting your meds, it will get longer and longer between! Sending you POTP Sawyer…..happy Monday!
Hugs, Teddy
