Thursday is the day we share the things for which we are thankful. This week, Kitties Blue and I have a long list.
We are super thankful Sawyer is now celebrating 30 days without a gran mal seizure. Woohoo! We know it is partly due to all the prayers and POTP everyone continues to send. So, we are thankful for all of you as well.
I am thankful for all the birthday wishes shared in the comments on the blog on Sunday. There also were e-cards, snail mail cards and good wishes left for me on Tom’s Facebook page for which I am immensely grateful. I also received a couple of really cool gifts from Dad Tom and the kitties, which I’ll share on a future post.
We are thankful for some unseasonably warm weather with temperatures in the low and mid 70s. It’s been great for catio time. I am hoping to get out in the yard today for a little clean-up, especially as by Monday the highs will only be in the 40s. My other plan is to take Kizmet out in the yard (in her harness and on leash) for the first time. With any luck, next Thursday she and I will be thankful for a good outcome.
I am thankful for winning $75 of merchandise from the Kitty Cat Go store. If you are unfamiliar with this, it is the store of Emily and the Kitty Cat Go Adventure Team from Kitty Cat Chronicles.
And finally, I am thankful to have been one of five firsties on the Two Spoiled Cats’ Tuesday Teaser!

Thoroughly Poetic Thursday
Thursday also is when we share poetry for Thoroughly Poetic Thursday hosted by Teddy and Angel Sammy (Two Spoiled Cats).
Here’s the photo they provided for this week and my poor excuse for a haiku.
I look so pretty!
Do you think mom will notice
I used her lipstick?
