Friendly Fill-Ins: #145
Friday is here, so we are participating in the Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). I had to recruit Sawyer and C.J. to help me out this week. I would have similar fill-ins (as I do in #1) to those of previous weeks had they not helped.
My fill-ins are in teal italics.
1. I believe in silver linings. If you have followed this blog for any length of time or if you read yesterday’s post, you already know this.
2. I need to go Marie Kondo on my closets, and I will as soon as our bedroom addition is completed.
3. Sawyer: It does no good to ask for treats before 11 a.m.
4. Calista Jo: I find stealing Giulietta’s food to be a walk in the park.
Feeding time at the Blue zoo with Cooper Murphy, Lisbeth, Misty May, Mau and Calista Jo, These five eat in the kitchen. Sawyer eats in the living room. Astrid eats in the foyer or on the dining room table and Giulietta eats upstairs about 90 percent of the time. C.J. (foreground) inhales her food, so she can sprint upstairs to eat Giulietta’s food. I am usually just coming down the stairs when she flies by me on her way up. As you can see, Calista Jo hasn’t missed many meals, whether hers or someone else’s.
If you’d like to participate in the Fill-Ins blog hop, click on the badge above. You can find the sentences to be completed on both Ellen’s and Lorianne’s blogs each Thursday.
Feline Friday
Kitties Blue are joining Feline Friday at Comedy Plus as well.
MOL, Calista Jo, you could be me ! Purrs and a kiss on your lovely nose, Zorro
Hey, we just went Marie Kondo on our closets this past week during our “vacation.” It was actually pretty fun. CJ, Sampson says he is impressed with your food stealing skills. We have to feed all of our cats in separate rooms with the doors closed to prevent food stealing. Sampson is the worst offender! MOL! Sampy sends a million kisses to Astrid, and we all send lots of love!
The mom says she’s gonna go Marie Kondo on all our toys. She says we have too much stuff.
Thank you all for these great fill-in answers. It is always best to look for the silver lining. Sorry you guys don’t get treats that early in the day. That is great news that the addition is done 🙂 Feeding time at your place sounds like it is here. Trouble is the food thief around here, it used to be Sammy, but she is even faster. XO
It sounds like Calista Jo is the hoover in the family.
Great fill ins, guys! Sometimes we’re lucky and we’ll get treats before 11 am. It depends on how good Lexy is with her sad eyes.
Great answers and a yummy photo too!
love seeing the photos of everyone chowing down!
guyz….we iz crackin up at de feedin roo teen 🙂 🙂 ♥♥♥
We post a human sentinel when Da Boyz eat, otherwise CB will eat all of his and half of Manny’s meals! Then, both cats jump on the table, and try to filch something from the human’s plates too. Usually, we can protect our food, but every once in awhile, we have to close them in another room, just to eat in peace!
Aw, feeding time is quite the chore for you. You have a houseful of wonderful companions.
Love your fill-ins. I know your life is filled with silver linings.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. My best to your peeps. ♥
Dear Sawyer, I would share my treats with you anytime!!!
Noelle
Sounds an awful lot like our house! 😺
CJ sounds a lot like McLaren!
I don’t have to worry about anyone asking for my leftovers OR sneaking the whole bowl for themselves. As the only dood in charge of food, I’ve got it made! My Mom has “Kondo’d” her closet recently but she has said that there’s always MORE she could do. She’s waiting for Spring cleaning to do it!
Hugs, Teddy
Food time sounds like an interesting time at your house!
MOL Calista Jo!
It sounds like mealtimes are pretty complicated at your house!
