REMEMBERING PURRINCE SIDDHARTHA & SUNDAY SELFIES

Sunday Selfies: Week #212

Selfie honors this week go to Calista Jo. Taking selfies is not her forte, so I was surprised to see what a fabulous job she did this week. It’s probably one of her best photos ever.

C.J. - Sunday Selfies

I am not going to babble on, as today we are honoring the life of a dear friend.

Remembering Purrince Siddhartha

All the Kitties Blue and I have been quite sad since we found out several days ago that this special kitty had traveled to the Rainbow Bridge/Pure Land. Siddhartha was only four years old, and we all expected to enjoy his friendship and antics for many years to come. Unfortunately, Siddhartha had health issues that continued to plague him and had worsened. His life may have been short, but he was deeply loved by his LadyMum and all who knew him. We will miss him, but Dharth will remain in our hearts always.

You can see Purrince Siddhartha’s final Sunday Selfie here. If you have not had the opportunity to leave your condolences for LadyMum Sherri-Ellen, we hope you will visit now.

Calista Jo, you are a true beauty. We’re thinking you’ve found your hidden talent in snapping selfies.

We were so very saddened to hear that Purrince Siddhartha made the journey over the Rainbow Bridge. He was so young, and so many here on earth love him. But, he was clearly needed elsewhere, and now he’s watching over his mom from angel wings.

Valentine September 3, 2018 at 2:01 pm

Calista Jo shouldn’t be shy to take selfies, ’cause her face is so-o lovely.

I am saddened that our mutual furr-iend had to say goodbye. He was such a special boy to his LadyMum.

An excellent selfie!
Off to give condolences to Siddhartha’s human.

Melissa & Mudpie September 2, 2018 at 6:39 pm

Beautiful selfie, CJ! We were absolutely heartbroken to hear the news about Siddhartha.

Spitty the Kitty September 2, 2018 at 5:56 pm

Callista Jo, you are very beauteous in your selfie, but still–my heart belongs to Misty May XOXOXO

We did not know The Prince but four years old is far too young to be crossing the bridge. A friend of the Human’s had to have her similarly-aged beloved woofie put to sleep a while back, and vet told her, ‘Don’t worry; dogs don’t know how long they are supposed to live.’ She found that comforting–SHE felt her pup was being cheated, but he certainly didn’t know that. The Human tries to keep that in mind at these times. We will leave his Human a message.
