Thankful Thursday
Thursday is the day for sharing thankfuls, and we have lots of them today.
Astrid & Lisbeth get to share their thankfuls first.
Astrid thanks her husband Sampy for her birthday card with his photo. She loves how he appears to be reaching out to her in the photo.
Lisbeth thanks her boyfriend, Angel Charles, for her e-card, and Astrid thanks Charles’ family for hers.
Both girls send thanks to everyone who sent them birthday wishes here and on Instagram.
Sawyer is thankful his dad was there for him when he had a seizure Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately, he only made it one week since his last one. But one week is better than one day!
Dad Tom and I are thankful that Raleigh and Audrey are doing great! They continue to wear their harnesses for several hours each day and enjoy playtime outside their enclosure. They, however, continue to snooze a lot, as kittens do.

Thoroughly Poetic Thursday

I have a very short poem to accompany it, and the photo is without a cat. Felines are not fond of water, and I decided not to subject any of the Kitties Blue to this torrent.
Daredevil
Surf’s up, catch a wave, hang ten.
Then get back up and do it again.
Only a surfer could enjoy this wall of water
And not run away; though, he ought to.

We’re sorry Sawyer had another seizure so soon, but you’re right, at least it was at least a week, and his dad was there for him.
We’re glad you girls had nice cards from your guys, and think Sampy is a handsome boy cat. This is the first time we’ve seen him. Astrid, we think you two are a good match.

Boy, the girls had a wonderful pawty and…they got special cards too. No wonder they wanted to tell their thankfuls. A Tuxie boyfriend is a wonderful thing to have. *I* have one too. He lives in Canada.
Glad the girls enjoyed their birthday celebration! We also quite like seeing Raleigh and Audrey in their napping position…..they are so adorable. Love the poem – it may be short but it’s packing a punch when it comes to “creative” !!!! So sorry Sawyer had two seizures so close together – sending him an extra hug.
