Sparks
This week’s theme for my Spark is the same as last week’s. If you missed that one, you can find it at, “Sawyer Has the Right Idea.” Kitties Blue, like all cats, are champion nappers, and I’m a huge proponent of naps. Some days, it is the only thing that allows me to be productive in the evening. Don’t be embarrassed or ashamed if you need to take a break during the day.
The Spark author, Carrie Snow, is a 69-year-old, American, stand-up comedian, writer, author and host from Merced, California. She’s best known for writing and acting in the television series Roseanne.
Sparks is the creation of Annie from McGuffy’s Reader. Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend. Annie stated when she began Sparks, “I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world.”
Raleigh will be participating in the Awww Mondays blog hop at Comedy Plus. You can join him there by clicking on the Awww badge.
The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky
Tomorrow, our adorable and fun, cartoon tabbies will be setting off on their next adventure. Periwinkle is the planner for their adventure this week. They’ll be heading out from Periwinkle’s home, so you’ll find them over at Friends Furever. I know they will be looking for you to join them. So, please do! They always have a fabulous time together.
That spark is purrfect, if you ask us. I’m pretty sure I am part cat — I can pretty much nap at will. 🙂
I just melted at that picture of Raleigh!
ps – Latte answers your question in today’s post. We’re sorry.
Great spark and adorable photo. XO
This holiday weekend was purrfect for a nap or two!
Cats are the best sleepers ever. So precious.
Love the Spark. Lots of things can be fixed with a nap.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches all around, a smooch to Cooper Murphy and Sawyer and a big hug to mom. ♥
Yep, naps are very therapeutic!
A champion napper for sure! We like Annies quote about being lights in this world. For that’s what we are. Light.
We don’t know how our peeps keep going all day without after breakfast naps, after lunchtime naps, and early evening before bedtime naps!
I’m a world-class napper and my old Mom and Dad are becoming pretty proficient at it too. Mom falls asleep in her recliner frequently and Dad does the same thing in his office! They tell me that people nap when their bodies need sleep – that might be an excuse but whatever it is, naps are here to stay in our house and we can tell that is DEFINITELY the case at the Blue home!!
Hugs, Teddy
I usually take a nap after lunch.
YES, LET’S ALL STAND UP AN CLAP FOR NAP, NAP, NAP. Now, lie down…..
Our pawppy took a nap yesterday, and petcretary took a short power nap after he woke up.
Napping is a great way to recharge the ‘batteries’!
Naps are very popular with many members of my household, too!
