Feline Friday
It would appear Raleigh was not very happy that Audrey decided to join him for his nap. Yesterday, however, Audrey got the chair all to herself and napped there all day.
The youngsters will be participating in the Feline Friday blog hop hosted by messymimi’s meanderings. If you’d like to do the same, click on the badge below.
Friendly Fill-Ins
The Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop is hosted each Friday by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). They publish the fill-in sentences on their blogs each Thursday. To join the hop, click on the badge at the left.
My regular helper for fill-ins, Sawyer, volunteered to do all four this week. As I was not coming up with anything to complete the sentences, I gladly turned the task over to him. He used teal italics for his fill-ins. I added a comment (in parentheses) to #1.
1. Before winter arrives, I need to stock up on treats. (What Sawyer doesn’t know is that we always keep a large supply of treats in the garage, so he doesn’t need to worry.)
2. Only six weeks and one day until my original Gotcha Day.
3. I was relieved to find out I wasn’t the one going to the vet when Raleigh and Audrey went for their check-ups.
4. Losing our friend, Brian, was a shocker.
Thanks for visiting us again today. We always appreciate your stopping in.
Sometimes you are just in the mood to nap alone.
Losing Brian was hard, we all loved him.
Thank you for joining Feline Friday!
Good job on the fill-ins Sawyer. I think we are all shocked about Brian. Nice photo. XO
That’s quite a long countdown Sawyer has going for his Gotcha Day anniversary. I wonder what he’s hoping for. Maybe for some of those treats to come in from the garage.
I like to see cats napping together.
That looks like a popular napping spot. Sawyer did a pawsome job with the Fill-ins!

That FACE!!!
Teddy never has to compete for napping space around here and if he DID have to compete we think he’d win we nobody wants to take on the “heavyweight champ” !! We won’t tell Sawyer about the treat stash in the garage…..promise!
Hugs, Pam
A cute picture! We don’t see alot of napping together harmony these days either! We were really sad about the loss of Brian too.
Great fill ins, Sawyer. We hope there is a good stock of treats for us too. 🥧🦴🥓😊
Yes, losing Brain really was a shocker, we all kind of felt he’d be there forever. Such a pillar of the blogosphere.🥰
That looks like quite the uneasy nap, LOL!
