Thankful Thursday
We are flipping our order of things this week, as I only managed a haiku for Thoroughly Poetic Thursday.
Cooper Murphy is brimming with thankfulness for having caught two mousies this week. He’s even more thankful that he got to play with them all by himself until they were deaded and Dad Tom disposed of them. Talk about a great week. (Sorry, no photos!)
Sawyer isn’t as thankful, as he had a seizure. But Mom is thankful, as she was with him when it happened. She’s not so thankful that he peed all over her clothes.
Cooper and Mau are thankful they had the opportunity to attend the Valentine’s Party at Cat Scouts with Tyebe (The Canadian Cats) and Allie (Friends Furever), respectively.
Personally, I am thankful for winning a badge last week and again this week on The Tuesday Teaser hosted by Two Spoiled Cats. Last week I was a Right Guesser and this week I was one of two First Commenters.
As always, Kitties Blue and I are thankful for all our friends, followers and supporters.
We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday blog hop. If you would like to join, post on your blog for what you are thankful and then click on Brian’s badge.

Cooper Murphy is a mighty hunting cat. Yes he is. Love you Cooper Murphy.
Oh no on Sawyer, but I’m glad you were there even though he peed on you. He couldn’t help that one bit.
Love your poem. Nice twist.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, Janet. Big hug to you and scritches to all the kitties. ♥
I’m sorry to hear about that Sawyer seizure, dang, but that was some darn good mousing! Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
So sad to hear about Sawyer’s seizure. Poor baby. Wishing him well. <3

The Florida Furkids with smoochies and love to Mau from Allie and paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
Such a great photo of the gang at Valentine’s Party this – thank you! We’re sorry Sawyer had another seizure – glad you were with him. BRAVO FOR COOP THE HUNTER getting two introoooders. As for the poem – we LOVE IT – it’s perfection – and no doubt the only citizen in that lonely little town is a prairie dog!
Hugs, Teddy and Mom
Sorry to hear about the seizure Sawyer. And Cooper Murphy, I’m so jealous! I’ve never had the chance to catch a mousie!
