Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #151
If it’s Friday, it must be time for fill-ins. Kitties Blue were all too tired to help and so left me on my own to complete the sentences. As always I used teal italics for my completions.
1. The highlight of my week is laughing, and I am lucky that both Kitties Blue and Dad Tom make me laugh everyday.
2. Only 45 more days until Dad Tom’s and my 46th wedding anniversary.
3. I believe I was born to write and care for Kitties Blue.
4. Age is something that sneaks up on you when you are just living your life.
If you are unfamiliar with Friendly Fill-Ins, it is a blog hop hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). Each Thursday on their blogs they post four sentences with blanks to be filled in. Those of us who participate complete these sentences with the purpose of letting our fellow bloggers know a little bit more about ourselves. To participate click on the badge at the left to go to the hop at Four-Legged Furballs.
Feline Friday
Yesterday’s round-up was successful, with only a small bit of blood being shed by each of the humans involved. Of course, it was exhausting for Kitties Blue.
Mau and Cooper Murphy endured more than the others, with Cooper Murphy receiving two vaccinations and Mau having one vaccine and getting blood drawn. Mau got the gold star for being the best behaved, but the ordeal still zapped him and his LITTLE, 20-pound brother.
I will share photos from the round-up and a report on each of the Kitties Blue in a post next week.
Mau and Cooper Murphy are hopping over to Comedy Plus for Feline Friday. Click on the badge below to join the hop.
I just love that you chose laughing as the highlight of your week. What a wonderful thought. Now, all of you kitties deserve a nice long nap after what you endured. Purrs to you all!
We bet you guys are glad that the yearly round up is over now. 🙂
Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. 46 years is a long time, Congratulations! Laughing is important, glad Tom and the kitties make you laugh. Have a wonderful weekend! XO

We are very happy that everything went well with the vet visit. They are two tired kitties after such a long day. Thanks for sharing your friendly fill-in answers. Have a wonderful upcoming weekend.
I am glad everything went well when the vet visited.
I agree with #4 in the fill ins. I don’t feel that I am the age I am (67) and when I see it written down I think to myself, “No, that can’t be me!”
We’re glad everything went well at the vet. Sweet picture of Mau and Cooper Murphy ! Purrs
I arrive home from vet appointments exhausted too! And my credit card is melted, but that’s not impawtant…
Great fill in and glad the boys did well with the V-isit MOL
We have to go soon so Dad is whispering the V word too
Timmy and Family
Love all your answers and yes on #4. Rarely think about age and then one day you go, wow, what happened. It’s all good.
Glad all the kitties did well and things are back to normal.
I love me a good dose of Cooper Murphy. I love this to the moon and back.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, all you kitties. My best to your peeps. ♥
Glad to hear the round up went well.
Great answers and a terrific photo Cooper Murphy!
Boy, can I relate to #4! LOL! I wish I could find a good vet who makes house calls. We’ve started going to a new vet in our small town. So far, so good. I’ll have to broach the subject with her! It’s a great idea for the multi-multi pet households! 😉
That annual round-up has to be quite an affair at your house! Coop and Mau look WIPED OUT. I’m sure everyone had some good sleeps last night to recovery (including Mom!).
Hugs, Teddy
I’m glad vet day went well!
