Thankful Thursday
Every Thursday Kitties Blue and I join the Thankful Thursday blog hop hosted by Brian. This week, I have the biggest thankful.
Last Friday I got out of my boot. I can wear regular (sturdy) shoes now. I also got back on the Peloton (woohoo) for the first time on Tuesday. That is something for which I am hugely thankful. It is my stress reliever. After seven weeks, it is like I am starting from scratch, but that’s okay. Being at the end of this ordeal is worth a huge thankful.

Calista Jo gives a preview of the Yaheetech cat tree.
Kitties Blue are thankful for their new Yaheetech cat tree. They have had it for a couple of weeks now, and they will be reviewing it tomorrow. It would be a great gift for any kitty family. So, check out our review tomorrow to find out more.
If you’d like to participate in the blog hop, post on your blog for what you are thankful, and then click on Brian’s badge.
Thoroughly Poetic Thursday
Our good friends, Angle Sammy and Teddy, host a poetry challenge each Thursday, and we try to participate each week. They provide an inspiration photo for our poem. This week’s photo and Kitties Blue poem are below.
Kitties Christmas Wish List
Santa has his list and he’s checking it twice.
We’re certain he’ll find we have all been nice,
And he’ll fill up our stockings with lots of treats
And maybe some cans of Friskies and Fancy Feast!
We also hope the elves are making us some toys.
Cats like fun things too—just like girls and boys.
We’d also like to find some nip in our stockings,
So that after feasting we can do some frolicking.
Santa, please also bring our friends some goodies
Especially if you want us to leave you milk and cookies!
Remember that Christmas is just two weeks away,
So, Santa, please get busy filling up your sleigh!

If you’d like participate, you’ll find next week’s photo prompt at Two Spoiled Cats. You can get there by clicking on the poetry badge. While visiting, please read Angel Sammy’s poem. He transmits it to Teddy each week from the Rainbow Bridge, and it is always a winner.
Thanks for joining us. Please come back tomorrow for our Yaheetech cat tree review.

With the material presented with many difficult to disagree, from souls continue in the same vein.
Yay for getting rid of the boot and being able to exercise again!
Nice poem. I am glad that you got to ditch the boot. XO
That is such good news about giving the boot the boot! Great tree too want to see that review
Out of the boot and onto the bike – sounds like great progress. The legs will spring back in no time. I’m looking forward to your perch review. We’re always on the lookout for new perch options.
I’m so glad you’re out of that boot. It’s always a relief to get back to some normal.
Looks like the cat tree is a hit. I’ll read about it tomorrow.
Love the poem and I’m sure Santa will be ready when the time comes. He always is.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches to all the kitties and a big hug to the mom. ♥
That’s a most wonderful thankful, we’re glad you got to give the boot the boot! Cute poem too. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
We KNOW you are thankful for being bootless!!
We’ve all been good too and hope Santa is bringing us lots of toys and nip and some Fancy Feast!
The Florida Furkids with paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
Hooray for being “bootless” … but we’re still thinking in honor of the season, some white furry cuffed, shiny black boots “ala” Santy Claws would look very fashionable!
Your poem is purrfection today …
Oh what a perfect poem for poetry day! We are happy that your Mom no longer has the clunky boot on her foot AND that she’s well enough to do the Peloton again which we know she loves. Are you counting the days until Christmas? I am !!
Hugs, Teddy
