Sparks
When I started thinking about a Spark for today the word, enthusiasm, popped into my mind. It is often hard these days to become enthusiastic about anything. When I found this quote from Dale Carnegie, I knew it was just the reminder I needed to get off my @$$ and get excited about life again. After all, I certainly am not getting younger.
I selected Kizmet as my representation of enthusiasm. As the youngster among the Kitties Blue, it is not a surprise she’s the one who gets most excited about things she encounters. In today’s blurry photo she is playing with a toy from one of the monthly Cat Lady Boxes. She knows when the box arrives there are two cat toys inside, and she always grabs one as soon as the box is opened. As with this one, she usually doesn’t even give me the opportunity to take the tag off.
I hope each of you who stop by find something to be enthusiastic about today.
Sparks is the creation of Annie from McGuffy’s Reader. Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend. Annie stated when she began Sparks, “I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world.”

Kizmet is participating in the Awww Mondays blog hop at Comedy Plus. You can meet her there by clicking on the Awww badge.
The Adventures of Periwinkle & Stinky
Your favorite cartoon tabbies, Periwinkle and Stinky, will be taking their next adventure tomorrow. These two active youngsters have barrels of fun when they’re together. One of the best things is that they enjoy taking you along with them, so please plan to meet them over at Friends Furever tomorrow!
Kizmet certainly does look enthusiastic, and that is a terrific spark. Great advice for us all!
I get being enthusiastic about toys!
We love that you get fun boxes delivered and you are so excited about what’s inside, Kismet. We would like to get boxes too. XOXO Lucy, Xena and Chia

Life is a wonderful thing. I turned off the television long ago. I refuse to enter into hatred and negative things that seem to surround us all the time. Fear and hatred. Such a shame.
Kismet is adorable. Love the colors.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches all around, a smooch to Cooper Murphy and Sawyer and a big hug to mom. ♥
Kizmet is smart to grab the toys right away. Periwinkle is super enthusiastic about her Adventure with Stinky tomorrow!!! Mom needs to get enthusiastic about her walk instead of being lazy this morning.
The Florida Furkids with love and whisker kisses to Sawyer from Noelle
I dressed up as a T-Rex this weekend; that’s enthusiasm!
However, getting up almost 2 hours early for a meeting in the office dimmed some enthusiasm, but I’m getting a free lunch out of it, so there.
Nice job, Lizbeth…get dat toy!
Go Kizmet! Illustrating the Spark purrfectly!
Dale Carnegie was a wise man.
Kizmet is a perfect example of enthusiasm! I have to say that I get a lot of the enthusiasm I feel for life from watching Teddy. He seems to enjoy every minute – I try to do the same thing. Love the SPARK and the photo! Happy Monday.
Love, Pam
We looked for that dude, Gusto, and we FOUND him and plunged into so many different things. THANK you
I have to try and get our lawn mowed tomorrow before the storms com in the late of the day and the heat the next few days…but I find that hard to get enthusiastic a whole lot about. LOL!
I do enjoy coming in to see all the blogs each day! And my work and music hobby keeps me plenty filled up in my calendar!
Also its hubby;s birthday…I have to be enthusiastic about that!! Yup, for sure…will have to devise something fun to do, as he can’t go to any restaurants right now…he’s not sick, just on a medical diet for several weeks…we’ll have our day out to eat, next month.
But…that is a great quote to keep in mind!
