Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #152
Here we are at Friday again, as another week has flown by us. That means it is time for Friendly Fill-Ins, hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). Each Thursday, they post four sentences with blanks to be filled in. Participates complete the sentences, and we post them on Friday. The blog hop takes place at Four-Legged Furballs. Click on the badge at the left to go there.
My completions are in teal italics.
1. I used to be able to stand unaided, but I no longer can.
2. I just can’t seem to finish compiling the memory book for my 50th high school reunion, which was is 2017.
3. I’m notorious for procrastinating, as evidenced by my fill-in for #2.
4. There’s no use crying over broken objects. No matter the monetary or sentimental value, it was still just a thing.
Feline Friday
Sawyer is joining the Feline Friday blog hop at Comedy Plus from the new cat tree on the catio.
I may be a smidge biased, but isn’t Sawyer a cutie pie here?
At just three months short of turning two, Sawyer’s been doing a bit of growing. (Manx cats are not full-grown until they are around age five.) He’s up to 9.5 pounds and doesn’t take any harassment from the five Kitties Blue who outweigh him.

Dad has the same thing going on with the standing. Says getting old is not for the faint of heart.
Sawyer you are such a handsome fellow. Manx do seem to be a bit smaller while our American Bobtail Rumpy is 16 pounds of T R O U B L E MOL
Timmy and Family
Sawyer is a cutie pie! And I have to agree with #4; just clean it up, and move along.
That is a lovely picture of Sawyer.
I agree with #4 of your fill ins.
Years ago I had taken hubby’s car instead of my own, and on the way back home down our single track road another car was coming up. We both skidded on wet leaves and both cars were damaged. I dreaded telling Ivor but he just said that cars can be replaced but I couldn’t be. I had always thought his car was the love of his life until then!
Sawyer, you are such a sweetie!
Sorry that you need assistance for standing, and likely for mobility as well.
If I had a middle name, (I don’t!), it could well be Procastinator, MOL!
Great Fill-ins!
Noelle says YES! I would love to come play with you. Noelle is actually one pound heavier than Sawyer
The Florida Furkids with smoochies and love to Mau from Allie and paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
Sawyer is definitely a cutie. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers except I am sorry you can’t get up unaided. I procrastinate on a lot of things too. Have a nice weekend! XO
That is a great shot of Sawyer. He is a cutie.
I’m with you on #3. I’m the queen of procrastination.
I love Sawyer. He’s a cutie pie indeed and he’s my second favorite kitty. Cooper Murphy holds the first place title.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. My best to your peeps. ♥
Glad to see little Sawyer looking so adorable and well! I certainly can relate to your No. 3! Why, I even have a little dish called “A Round Tuit!”
We enjoyed reading your answers and we love seeing that handsome dude Sawyer!
