EMBRACE ONE ANOTHER

Sparks

As a youngster I spent lots of time with my dad’s parents. When they reached Dad Tom’s and my age, I remember them  constantly talking about how one friend or another had passed away. It seems that is what is happening right now with our friends. This past week two friends died, and they aren’t the first ones of 2021. One was 89 and the other 102, so they both had great long lives. But those losses and other recent ones got me thinking about angels, and that’s what led to today’s Spark.

Sometimes it takes me hours to find just the right Spark, but I knew the moment I saw this quote from Luciano De Crescenzo that it was perfect; though, instead about losing friends, it is about supporting each other.

As is often the case, I was unfamiliar with the author, so I suspect you may be as well. De Crescenzo was an Italian writer, film actor, director and engineer who lived from August 1928 to July 2019.

Sparks is the creation of Annie from McGuffy’s Reader. Sparks began as a blog hop, created by our friend. Annie stated when she began Sparks,“I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world.”

I say my family over the weekend, and we talked about friends who’ve passed recently.
Guess that happens when a bunch of old geezers get together!

It doesn’t matter what age they are, it’s still painful to see them go.

We’ve also reached the age of losing friends. It is sad to have them leave our area. Yet, we know the new area will be much more accomodating for them. God byes hurt!

That’s such a wonderful SPARK…..the quote says so much in so few words. We NEED each other in this life for together we are whole. We’re sorry you lost some friends recently – that’s always hard. Saying hello is so much more joyful than saying goodbye. Hope your week ahead is a happy one!!

Hugs, Teddy and Mom Pam

Mom Brenda and MEEE MANGO, we loved today’s Spark! Let your light shine before men and women! So we can see each other as Yeshua ie Jesus said,” Love GOD and Love your Neighbor!

And yes Willow is now eldest Hello Kitty Lovers! And Mom had to let Aspen pass over the Rainbow Bridge about 18 months ago now! Aspen she had a black face as she was part Siamese part Snowshoe and a tiny bit Himalayan cat too! She had some white mottled with a bit of black interspersed! Well Mom got Aspen cremated! Her wooden urn had one black speck in one corner, about the size of one thin dime!

Mom considered asking the crematorium to give Moms a different wooden urn! Then, Mom felt Aspen saying “ Mom, it’s me! Your Aspen! I have my black face and I want to say, I am here! It’s MEEE to quote sister Mango! And I loves you Mom and my Cat Scout friends! I have gone where there is no sneezing with any colds! No more sickness and no more death because THE King Yeshua He conquered Death and the grave! Until you see Mom’s! Look at that Black Spot on my Wooden Urn, and recall my love of eating plain yard grass!

That is such a cool spark! A great idea, we need to help eachother and give support these days, maybe more than ever.

Sorry about the loss of your good friends. It always hurts, no matter if they lived long or not. The ties that bound you together in friendship are severed. ((( ♥ )))
