The fun for us continued today as Mom proceeded with her holiday decorating. Yesterday Giulietta was responsible for snoopervision and quality control inspection. In a spirit of cooperation (Santa is watching), we kitties have decide to take turns in this capacity.
You really cannot see what I was doing here, but I was ensuring that this artificial wreath was suitable as a cat bed. Mom says that efurry kitty who has resided here has had this particular job at one time or another. She says that I am especially good at this as I have a compact body that fits easily within the wreath. Once I was satisfied that this was up to my high standards, I had a really nice snooze.
Tomorrow Dad will bring the trees (yes, trees) up from the basement. Mom will work on decorating those for at least a week, so each of us will have ample opportunity to fulfill our duties as snoopervisor/inspector. It’s a tough job, but we are up to the assignment!
Oh. I almost forgot…Mom asked me to remind you about our current giveaway. To enter for a chance to win an autographed copy of Tail’s from Cyprus as Told by Liza, click here and leave a comment.
Mom says this was an absolutely pawsome book, and she cannot think of anyone who wouldn’t like it. I say, “It’s about a cat. What’s not to like?” Entries close on Sunday, December 7, at 8 pm EST.
Purrs and paw-pats, Astrid
