Caturday Art

I had a difficult time deciding which version of today’s art to use for this post, so I am presenting all three. It’s not unusual for me to create several versions of art each week before deciding which I like best.

The basis for all three versions was created in Painnt using the Nucleus filter. For the second two photos, I changed the hue. The second effect which consists of flower borders on the first two photos and an overlay on the third was added using piZap. Let me know if you have a favorite.

This is Cooper Murphy in one of the cubbies on the cat tree in the dining room. As soon as I snapped this photo, he took off. I was surprised he could stuff himself in the cubby. After he left, I looked inside and discovered six toys, including three large kickers. He must have some secret lever or button that allows him to considerably reduce his size. I can think of no other explanation as to his ability to fit in that small space.

Here’s the unaltered, original photo.

Cooper Murphy is entering the Caturday Art blog hop hosted by the lovely Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty. To join the hop or find art from your fellow bloggers, click on Athena’s badge.

Sunday Selfies Hop Reminder

Tomorrow’s host for our selfie blog hop will be our little stinker, Sawyer, with what we think is a darn adorable photo. Things haven’t been great since our last report on Thursday, but he is our brave little trooper.

We look forward to seeing you here tomorrow.

We really like the first Cooper photo with the red. Sounds like he found a place to put goodies just for himself Hee Hee

MOL Cooper Murphy has a secret way to get into that cube AND have toys in there too!! We’ll bet he never tells his trick. We like all three but the last one is our favorite!

No wonder you couldn’t decide – all three versions are amazing but our favorite is #1. The Coop can squeeze into the cube with all that stuff in there? Amazing. I can’t even get in one of the tree cubes in my cat tree but I like to stash things in there! Happy Caturday!

Hugs, Teddy

Wow, those sure are neat artworks with Cooper M.

And he really did squeeze himself in there didn’t he?

Purrs galore and lots of prayers for Sawyer.
